This restaurant has got to give their competitors stress. The high level of customer service paired with the value and quality of the food makes this a 5 star dining experience. This restaurant is very close to my husband‘s office and he’s been wanting to check it out. We came specifically to give their all-you-can-eat sushi a try. So obviously when it comes to an all-you-can-eat type place you lower your expectations, right? In this instance that's entirely unnecessary. The items offered with the all-you-can-eat meal were fantastic; neither quality nor fish portions were spared. The specialty rolls were perfectly designed and you’ve got to try the Naruto (with salmon) and Red Dragon rolls. The presentation is so lovely for all items. Seth took great care of us. He was very attentive and visited us several times. He gave great advice about the menu and treated us like friends. A 50% tip almost didn’t seem like enough. The food comes out very quickly and is perfectly cool or hot as it should be per the menu. 6/1/24 For dinner the pricing was about $35 per adult. Your first house beverage(sake, beer, wine) is included. They have pricing for children that ranges from I believe $6 for four-year-old’s all the way up to $25ish for 12-year-olds. We arrived at about 645pm and were told it would be a 25 minute wait, but we were seated after only 15. I can’t stress enough how delicious this food was. My husband and I have eaten a lot of sushi ranging from grocery store to high-end. This restaurant easily sits in the top 10% and the price absolutely baffles us! What great food and service at an amazing price.

I had such a great time here. My friends and I had a late lunch, we were happy that they didn’t have a time where they were closed for an hour or two like a lot of sushi restaurants. Our waitress was Tram she was so nice and very attentive and gave us a lot of GREAT suggestions. The edamame was very good they made an extra on accident so we got extra! The rolls were all delicious but, I think what I ordered was by far the best. I ordered the Masa Roll which was a fried crab roll with eel sauce and spicy mayo. The other rolls were very pretty but I think mine tasted the best. Normally I try to get a cucumber wrapped roll but I didn’t see one on the menu. There is a good chance that they do have a cucumber wrapped roll because the menu was pretty long, I was just hungry so I decided fast. The service here was fast and the food was pretty cheap, I paid for two rolls and edamame and the total was under forty dollars! The back room where we were sitting was pretty cold but near the kitchen was pretty warm and I thought that was strange. Even with everything I would be willing to check it out again.

When I heard of a new AYCE sushi, I was really excited. There's a grand waiting area, and the decors are beautiful. Our server is great, but she was overwhelmed. She only had 3 tables of 2-4 people that I can see, but she was running around. You have the option to order a la carte or to do the AYCE. We did the AYCE option. I loved the fact that they have sashimi, but I felt I was disappointed by the items on the menu. The fish were terrible quality and had a weird taste to them. After trying all of them, the only ones that we found were edible were salmon, tuna, yellowtail, eel, and white tuna. We tried some rolls which again you have to look at what fish they use because some fishes we had from our sashimi were so bad we did not want it in our sushi roll. Part of what makes a good sushi roll is how well it holds together. The ones that we got completely fell apart when we tried to grab it. What was not working is that you have to order the items that you want with your server, so it's not a self-serve. In addition, each order were tiny portions, which I would recommend to start with because we soon realized we did not like most items, but ordering small portions each time created way more work for the waitress. Some items she had to run into the kitchen to grab. She was so busy she forgot that we asked for a refill on our drink and for more ginger, but it worked out because we were ready to leave. What worked out is when the kitchen staff bring out the dishes, they took away the empty plates (which in mind I think it's a lot of dishes since it's small orders everytime). If you are waiting for your waitress, you literally have to wait for them. The other waiters will not help you. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be back to this location. I've tried Osaka, Japan House, Yellowtail AYCE restaurants in town, and I think this one ranks at the bottom for me in terms of quality/variety of the food

Had dinner there on 8/2/2024 It was a Friday and busy. Went to the hosts stand and told them we needed a table, not a booth, for four people, we were told it would be 20 mins. They called our name and took us to a small booth. I told the person seating us we asked for a table. He rather rudely said I have to take you back and put you back on the waiting list. Looks like he was using the inconvenience of waiting again to coax us into taking the booth. Which we did. Our waiter was no better, he was not listening at all, we had never eaten here before he did a horrible job of explaining how the All you can eat and A LA Cart worked. Ultimately, three of us paid $35 for all you can eat. The fourth ordered a la cart. We all ordered several tempura options, which showed up rather quickly. We all ordered water, one member ordered a beer when we sat down and the all you can eat comes with drinks, he said he wanted another beer but could they wait till he finished the first before bringing the other. Waiter said no problem. Five minutes later someone does a drive-by and drops off another bottle of beer that he did not want yet. They pre open them so it could not be returned. We ordered refils of tempura, and the a la car person did not get what he ordered until all you can eat. People had several helpings. Waiter then said we are very busy and the kitchen is backed up. For $35 this is not my problem and should not affect my service I should not have to understand your staffing and it should not affect service. $35 a person is a lot of money I'd go somewhere where the host, waiter, kitchen, and food servers actually listen. This all started from the hostess to the Waiter to the kitchen. We could not get water refills, we had an empty soy sauce container the waiter never brought the requested refill. Major Fail

I really wanted to leave a 5 star review, but there were some major things that brought the reviews down. Let’s start with the positives: great atmosphere, gorgeous decor, friendly and helpful staff. Their food was pretty good quality, and for the price, it was a steal. Here are the negatives: I don’t know if it’s because they were short-staffed, but the wait time to have your things arrive in-between orders is LONG. Like 15-20 minutes long. Some of the things you order (like one of their rolls) are tiny. For instance, we ordered a roll with cucumber skin and raw fish, and each piece was about the size of a quarter. And so, we’d get orders with small amounts, and if we order more, it’d take 15-20 minutes to come. Sometimes our order would come in wrong (missing salmon sashimi as part of our order). Not everything comes in small quantities, though. Some of their rolls are decent enough. But, what normally is a 1 hour dinner ordeal (not including wait time to sit down at the table) turned into something like 2 hours and 15 minutes. By the end of it, we just wanted to go home and cancel our order. If there were more people working on the in-between orders, I think we would be coming back here. It’s a pretty good concept. Otherwise, we’d probably go elsewhere.

October 2024 Saw a lot of vehicles at the parking lot and we decided to stop by. This location used to be a steakhouse. Not knowing the lunch buffet ends at 2:30 pm also unaware that this is a chain store. There were many empty tables but we still have to wait to be seated. Not a good start for first time customer. Until we looked at the menu, we realized all the fuzz. We came after a busy lunch rush even for a Monday. We were happy to order from the dinner menu since we were not looking to have a feast. Going for quality instead of quantity. Sadly, we were unimpressed. The crunchy roll had no crunch. Furthermore, the service was extremely slow. We waited for at least 20-25 mins for 4 rolls. Frankly, I felt the quality of the sushi is similar from the grocery store. We simply ate it in a nice restaurant. If we are paying from the dinner menu, at least spend some time explaining to us the different rolls we were getting. However, I have to acknowledge that the valuable menu price point. Will I revisit again? Maybe. I think we need to try other menu items. Will I recommend? Not sure… after this visit. We were not impressed.
