My wife and I have been here several times in the past when we were visiting. Other visits were very good and we have tipped well but this time EVA was HORRIBLE. He/She made my wife cry over very small reasonable requests. First my wife asked to be sorted close to her family since we were a group of 5. She got a manicure and I got a pedicure. My pedicure was excellent and it hurt my heart to not being able to tip Rose because she was amazing. I will come back at some point and give her a cash tip. After my wife asked for square tip on her manicure she was told no because of some reason we couldn't understand because Eva answered in vietnamese. Then my wife asked to be able to use the chair massage and she was told no. Then my wife was going to get a pedicure too and asked to soak her feet and again she was told no. Eva was so rude to my wife that she started to tear up. When Eva saw that I was getting upset and she might be in trouble then she pulled the water and tried to get my wife to soak her feet. After all of those excuses she decided to oblige her in my wife's request. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. EVA was told that she would be getting a bad review and no tip no naturally after being told that she decided to come out her office to finally apologize but we were already out the door. Very very poor management and very rude behavior. Also someone needs to tell these ladies that talking in vietnamese in front of customers is very rude. They wouldn't like it if I spoke Spanish to my wife and then smiled to them so please don't do it. Please get EVA to take some classes on how to be a more...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was my first time here, as I was close by and saw the review average here was 4+ so I gave it a chance. Per the good reviews I saw drinks were offered and the place was nice...well here is my experience...
I walked in and there were 2 people who greeted me. I was asked what services I wanted and advised what I came in for, which was a pedicure. However, while waiting to be serviced the place went from extremely quiet to a very chatty place between staff with stares and laughter. This made me feel uncomfortable as If I was being talked about, and I was about ready to walk out, however I still stayed since I was in the area. Once I was seated for the pedicure the two people that greeted me came around me and were staring at my feet in the water and started back with the chatter among staff members. Again, extremely uncomfortable as it made me feel like I was out of place and being talked about. The water was cold and I had to ask for the hot water to be cut on. I was not offered anything to drink until my pedicure was almost over (again with additional people having to come around just to ask if I needed water) The reason there are this many stars is due to My pedicure with service provider Kim, which was great, but I am unsure if I will be a retuning customer due to feeling as if I'm being talked about or going to be stared at the entire visit. I didn't...
