Father's Day dinner disaster - This restaurant was an absolute train wreck - we reserved a table and even pre-ordered several dishes that "required" pre-order. We sat down at 6:30pm and only got served a soup, a vegetable and a noodle dish that we ordered by 8:55pm. The servers were unapologetic, confused and just sitting around. The place wasn't even that busy - they were barely at 30% capacity and our table of 8 was starving as were the majority of tables around us.
Waiters were not sympathetic at all that it took well over an hour just to start to get a couple of the things we ordered - we'd ask different people what's going on and nobody knew any better. One of them was puzzled that even our pre-ordered food didn't come out first. I couldn't make my senior citizen parents wait any longer so we just had to leave. We paid for the 3 pitiful dishes that did show up and left. The waiter didn't bother to apologize and even gave us dirty looks for leaving when we weren't the only party doing so. Our tab was easily going to be $400, they really blew it. Half of the wait staff was just sitting around chillin at one of the tables while the other half was running in circles taking away peoples' tea cups as if they had nothing better to do.
Save yourself the trouble from coming here and go to the other Chinese restaurant 2 doors down and get a stellar dining experience - we walked in there with our party of 8, got served tons of food and left...
Read moreunfortunately there is no zero otherwise I will give a zero, we arrive at the restauratnt at around 6:40pm today and the waiter/waitress sit us down, but from there it all go down hill, we order the special diner for 4 and add another dish. We wait there for more that 1hr and 45 mins then only 1 soup and 1 chicken comes up at around 8:40, we see a few tables leaving because they didn't get any food during that time, so we ask the waitress how much longer for the rest of 4 dish that we have to come out, she go and check and said it is going to be a while, because there are a few other tables that are still waiting, we told them we just want to leave, because there is no point for continue waiting, so she go and discuss with the manager and the manager come with the bill then charge $46 dollar for the soup/chicken, which we feel it is ridiculous, because the soup should come with the special for free and the half chicken should be around 20 dollar, don't understand how they can still charge their customer for their bad kicthen service with the full pricess for the soup that was supposed to be free as part of the special and the half chicken that barely fill our stomach, we left the restaurant with empty stomach and very tired and feel that they could have done better, it is the worst father's day dinner for most of the...
Read moreExcited that there’s a new Cantonese restaurant in town! We came during their grand opening weekend and like any new restaurant, there will be areas that need to improve on, but overall it was an enjoyable experience. The waiters/ waitresses/manager were attentive to us and even the owner came by to chit chat. Food quality I feel is good. If you don’t like overly salty food (where you have to down so much water hours later), then this is the place to go with a good variety of items that you don’t see at the other restaurants.
Edit 9/26/25 and 9/28/25: on Friday we went to eat dinner with our family and tried their set 6 dish menu and wow it was delicious with huge portions- it did not disappoint!
Then on Sunday (9/28/25)—was our second time to try their Dim Sum and I am happy to see that they’ve gotten busier. Busy that I felt the waitstaff was overwhelmed 😅. The dim sum was pretty good and with decent portions as. Please note that they are a newer restaurant and trying to work out the kinks with efficiency- it is a big and spacious restaurant and I can see the wait staff are doing their best to cater to everyone while being respectful too! If you need to grab someone’s attention, just raise your hand and make eye contact with them and...
