The lady that apparently does the arrangements in the back was so rude to me. She hung the phone up on me while I was still talking. Then I had to walk in for my what was supposed to be “curbside pickup”, she came from the back with a bonnet on and gloves screaming. It was so unprofessional. The manager just stood there between us and stood up for her the whole time while I was showing them that my email said “curbside pickup”. The lady kept yelling, “when we start doing curbside pick up” and bobbing her head. I was so embarrassed for her because she looked crazy. I was calm the whole time and worried for her. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation. The manager could have handled the matter way better. I wouldn’t recommend at all shopping at this location. I would rather select the one in Sawgrass. Same distance. Not too far from Plantation. Both individuals need a lesson in customer service and that lady needs to stay in back. Not to mention this was the day before Christmas Eve. Read moreHORRIBLE Customer Service. I placed a $100 order to pick up at the store at 4pm on 10/26/22. I was called at work at 1pm that they close at 4pm. I stated their website said 5pm. I was told "we are a franchise and can close whenever we want". I had to leave work early to pick up my order. I arrived at 3:45pm and the sign on the door stated closes at 5pm. I waited a few minutes and person came from back and pointed to the fridge at front of store and said - you can just pick it up, its the top one. I asked if I may have or purchase 2 small boxes. She went to ask "her boss" and you can hear the "boss" saying..."I am not giving away boxes...do you know how much those costs"...employee came up front and told me no boxes. I asked not even after a $100 purchase - can I buy them? She said let me go ask....you could hear boss saying "if he wants small boxes he needs to order items that come in small boxes...I am not giving or selling boxes". The time on the door says 5pm, the time stated in the email states 5pm is the latest I can come and pick up my item , and the time online says 5. My fiancé called the store this morning to talk to the manager while I was at work. He was very rude and talking over my fiancé and saying that he has recorded phone statements saying that I answered the phone and how they explained that they were closing early. He also stated he tried to call me 3 times which isn’t true. I’ve never seen such worst customer service in my life.
