Actually, if I could minus a star rating I would, and have good reason to do so. I placed an online order yesterday around noon, to be picked up around 6:30 pm. When I arrived, the restaurant was relatively crowded by today's standards, and there was NO social distancing. I waited 15 minutes in line to even get to the cashier. When I did and showed her my order receipt she did understand where my name was on it, even though I pointed it out several times. Then she started looking through the many slips of paper she had at the register, only to come to the conclusion that she couldn't find mine. At one point she showed me one, believing it was mine, but unfortunately, it had another name on it. At this point, wouldn't you expect that she would offer a refund or replacement? She did finally half-heartedly offer the latter, but I did not want to wait for another 15 minutes in a crowded place that had demonstrated such ineptitude and callousness. I had very little faith left by then. I walked out, thinking I'd contact a manager (who would hopefully speak English) later. No dice. No one is answering the phone. So I am stuck with a charge I need to call Amex about and no tacos. So, it cost me money, time, and frustration for nothing. I was and am very disappointed, especially since I really wanted to like this place and give them a great review. I appreciate the language barrier, but if staff are front-line, please make sure they know English and are trained in how to deal with customers. I would like the manager to contact me directly and make my situation right. I doubt it'll happen though. Surprise me! I know it was only $10 but it was more about the annoyance factor. So, unless you want to have the same thing happen to you ... there are many other taco places.

That’s when a disturbing thought crossed my mind: *Does this place reuse food? Why else would they insist on retrieving mishandled sandwiches due to their own mistake? No apology. No solution offered. Just a dismissive attitude that perfectly sums up why I stopped coming here in the first place. Avoid this place at all costs. If this is how they handle mistakes and treat customers, it’s not just bad service, it’s a complete lack of standards.

I’m good on this trash service. Maybe it’s because I’m black or the servers there are racist...(possibly me and my date's opinions) but I highly recommend avoiding this place. I don't advise going to any place where respect isn't served 1st.

I hate to do this but stay away. The service is horrible tonight was the worst experience I had at this place and had many bad. You can not be fully staff and not no one know what they are doing it’s a joke. I use to frequent with this place often but haven’t been in a while it was all new face to me. I was calling to place a order I know the service is not good I was trying to cut my wait time I was calling for 30mins they had the phone off the the hook on my way there I was still calling. On my way there I finally go thru I place my order they told me 15 min I get there I wait 25 mins before I go in they fully stuff this is a small place for the amount of serve they have everyone is running around lost. There was a party of 6 to 8 people on the back wall by the do that was wazing the hands high to get a serve attention know one notice. When I get help they looking for my order they can’t find it. Look like who ever I spoke to on the phone took my order and never put it in. They never apologized or anything but ask me what I order so they could put it just to say it won’t take long. If you count me trying to call and finally place my order I been waiting for over a hour and now they won’t to wait again I left there food is not really that good for poor customer service I could understand if the food is 5stars which it is not. You can expect to give people crappy service for Mediocre food. This is the last time I’m going here service has never been good but service has never been that bad for me either I’m writing this for the owner to see this is horrible you can be fully stuff and not one person can pick up a phone that is sad. I run a kitchen I’m the guy who have beard and that have chef jacket on don’t come here...

We went last weekend by accident. We decided to eat there instead PokeMan (another disappointment btw). We are from Mexico and when we saw the menu, we got pretty excited because many of those dishes aren’t easy to find here in Miami and they looked homemade, but oh disappointment!!! The pozole was a mix between pozole and birria, anything matched with a real pozole flavor, just the hominy, it was also pretty greasy. The tacos were so so, a little bit dry as the limes but the salsas were the only tasty thing. My son asked for a shrimp quesadilla and we counted literally 6 tini tiny shrimps and it was a big flour tortilla. We didn’t finish a thing and we never do that, if there are some leftovers, we always take them out. The service was ok but pretty slow and there were just 3-4 tables. BTW, a lady was leading the “karaoke night” and she was loudy as hell, we almost couldn’t hear us and the benches were vibrating because of the sound. Another thing that made me laugh was that the singing lady was saying that everything was authentically Mexican and all the employees and she weren’t Mexicans at all. Last, but not least, everyone got sick that night, I’m not going to give details but was bad, it was a long night for...
