I had a double birthday party for my son & daughter here yesterday. After reading the reviews for this place, I can't lie I was hesitant to do so, but I am glad I did. I hope my review helps! What I did to save money was only renting the party room for 1 hour for $50 & also purchased the 20 punch pass for $250. (each punch is an hour of play on all attractions. Arcade not included (BUT IT DID INCLUDE A $20 ARCADE CARD FOR BIRTHDAY BOY) I rented the room for 7:30 PM & I asked all my party goers to be there at 6:30. There was about 10 kids so I knew the pass would give them 2 hours of play each on all attractions. I gave all the kids a 1 hour bracelet for all attractions when we arrived. At 7PM I ordered 4 XL pizzas, 4 pitchers of drinks and 2 boxes of fries & asked them to deliver the food to the party room at 7:30. (For about 25 people we had 1 whole pizza left over) At 7:30PM all migrated to the party room so we can eat pizza, do cake & open gifts. At 8:30PM, we took all the gifts to the car & cleaned up. While my husband did that, the kids & I went right back down to the front desk & we got the remaining 10 passes. Their 2nd bracelet for another hour of play. It was the best thing to do since I didn't want their hour of play to get taken by food & presents. The food was good (fries were amazing) but there was no hostess to help when we needed anything (trfills on drinks and silverware). I can't be too upset because when I booked the party room online it did state we might not have our own host due to staff shortage, so we did help ourselves to the silverware in the cabinets that were labeled in the party room. The food was tasty, the place was not as packed on a Saturday night as the one in Syracuse is, which I enjoyed as a parent. (My last visit to the Syracuse location was really disappointing, it was dirty & a lot of their games were broken & ripped us off). This place is newer and I have no complaints on any broken games. This place is a lot smaller, which I also didn't mind. All & all the staff was friendly. (Mostly kids but they did a great job). After my kids bracelets expired they still had fun playing the arcade games, they still let my daughter & niece ride the bumper cars, and play in foam pit which I thought was super cool since we spent the amount of money we did. We were there until about 11 PM. My only complaints are- No party hostess, the track for the little Go Karts was extremely small, our little guests who came (under 5 years old) didn't have much to do. They didn't allow us to buy a pass just for the foam pit which I don't understand, so we ended up giving a 2 year old a bracelet who couldn't enjoy any of the attractions for her size (which is kinda BS because if toddlers are restricted then they should be FREE). The most important thing is my kids and all our party guests had fun, It was a little pricey with the punch pass, food, and party table rental. We also spent extra on arcade cards & slurpees for the kids so my husband & I spent a little more than expected. For TWO kids having a combined birthday it was worth it. Thanks for...

The Rush Funplex in North Ogden is a place that teeters between excitement and practical challenges. On my visit, I found it to be a mixed experience, with both enjoyable and less appealing aspects.
One significant inconvenience is the non-functional elevator, particularly problematic for families with strollers. This meant having to navigate a flight of stairs to access the go-karts, which can be quite a hassle.
The venue itself is noticeably overcrowded, which can detract from the overall enjoyment, especially during peak hours. This crowding, combined with the relatively high cost, makes the experience somewhat less appealing. The pricing structure is particularly steep, with an all-access wrist pass costing $25 per person for just three hours. For a family of five, this adds up to $125, a considerable amount for a short duration of fun.
That said, the Funplex does offer a range of activities with all-new equipment. The options are diverse, from miniature golf and bowling to a well-stocked arcade. The air hockey table deserves special mention for being one of the coolest I’ve seen, offering a unique and enjoyable experience.
The staff’s performance was a mixed bag. While some were friendly and helpful, others seemed less informed and unable to efficiently manage the bustling environment.
Overall, The Rush Funplex can be a fun destination, particularly for teenagers who might find the pricing within their reach. However, for families with younger children or those on a tighter budget, the high cost for a limited time frame might be a deterrent. It's a place with potential for a great day out, but be prepared for the expense and...
Read moreWhat a joke of an operation they have running here. Rush Funplex in syracuse is so much better. The teenagers that work at this place are so rude. We show up with a bounceback pass or whatever it is called and the guy at the desk was like "no, we don't take those". They were for a three hour pass, he was so rude. The whole three hours we were there our bowling games kept getting shutoff right in the middle of the game. We would walk up to the desk and none of those bratty teenagers would even come up to help us, they just sat in the corner of the desk and ignored all the customers coming up to the desk. We waited for 15 minutes before someone from the bumper car things came and helped us. We told him that our bowling game just ended and Kody(one of those teenage workers), came up and was like "i turned off there game" for no reason, he did this multiple times, just like he was doing it to annoy customers, he seemed very cocky. Even the teenagers up running the go-carts were rude and half the time not paying attention to anyone. KODY AND HAYDEN NEED TO BE FIRED HOW COULD ANYONE WANT TEENAGERS LIKE THIS REPRESENTING THEIR BUSINESS. These so called employees have no customer service skills, are rude to customers and just goof off the whole time they are working. Very terrible place to go. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. NO POINT IN PAYING FOR A 3 HOUR PASS WHEN YOUR BOWLING GAMES KEEP GETTING SHUTOFF AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP STARTING OVER BECAUSE SOME WORKER IS BORED AND WANTS TO MESS...
