Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Pleasant View

I ordered three of their buntlette cakes for my wife's birthday (the three-buntlette tower). I specifically ordered Caramel Apple Spice and they ended up giving us the Pumpkin Spice. I don't know if they ran out and forgot to let us know, but we didn't know until my wife bit into it, as they buntlettes were not labeled at all. Additionally, we could tell they had been frozen, as they were soggy at the bottom.

Won't be doing a pre-order package of these again...

NBC contacted me and had me submit this review on their actual website. The owner of the store then got my review and contacted me personally, offering to remedy the situation with another order of my choice for free. Although I didn’t take the kind offer, I appreciate that my feedback was actually taken seriously and their efforts to improve will be implemented.

Kids these days… I'm sure the owner of this nothing Bundt cakes has no idea that their employees just wanna bail early. We made it before closing time and as we were going to order after we listen to her spill of what she had we ordered. We were then told what we are ordering is not available as it takes 15 minutes to prepare and that closing time is within that 15 minutes. We were giving a good order as well. I can't believe that they wouldn't sell us the product because it would've been five minutes off. This is bad service. Make sure you show up in plenty of time so their staff has hours to prepare your stuff that's right in front of them. We had just got done telling them that we drove quite a distance to get here. Let me reiterate, they had the product they could have sold it to us, but denied the menu because of a few minutes. Hope this...

So happy there is a Nothing Bundt Cakes in the area! Deliciously moist cakes and the creamy frosting. Ordered online and picked up in store, noticed that the box had a label with red velvet but I ordered white chocolate raspberry, and the employee was fast and apologetic on fixing to the correct cake. You really can't go wrong with either...
