My husband and I came to Fotis after another jeweler could not get a very simple 6 prong solitaire setting for a new diamond done correctly for us. Even after numerous send-backs and revisions something was always either wrong or subpar (crooked, uneven, wrong materials, exposed soldering, unpolished prongs, etc.)

I was gutted and we finally just took it as a loss and walked away.

I went online and searched jewelers again and found Fotis at GoldNTime. I liked what I read in reviews and I especially liked that his work bench is right there in his shop and he is the actual jeweler and craftsman doing the work (the other business was sending it out each time, so they had no real control over the quality).

When I explained the simple, classics 6-prong setting style I was looking for, Fotis new immediately what was needed; including talking me through the proper structure, proportions and support for my larger size stone. Not only did he have my ring setting done and my diamond set properly within a day… but he took a lot of extra care to pay attention to details like alignment and polish, of both the stone and the metal.

The outcome? GORGEOUS! PERFECTION!

My husband is also extra pleased because not only is the ring visually outstanding in its craftsmanship but we also now know, beyond any doubt, that the stone is set correctly and securely.
