Convenient location and Fresh Produce. Neat and wide aisles. Great value for: Eggs (The prices for Egg are high. Trader Joe and Whole Foods has better pricing), Milk, Meat Poultry, Pork, Beef as well as Fish. Cereals are a good buy. Ice cream plenty of variety, look for special sale items. Non-Alcohol Beer and Drinks are competitive prices. Wide selection of Wine. Good for Mexican food, especially fresh Salsa ..frozen food is good selection...various choices. Special sale items are mostly close to Expiration date. Produce is fresh and lots of salad choices. Other vegetables, are higher now. If you check the weekend sale at Lucky had better bargains.

Cheese and Salsa are competitive...but European cheese selection is very limited.

Cons: Most of the Juices are from Concentrate only. Soy Milk couldn't find. Bread 🍞 selection is good but some of the items had expired. So make sure you check it prior to buy. Fruits are fresh...but I have found better deals at Lucky sale. Pet food is plenty and reasonable prices.

The store itself is fine, not a lot to choose from but it's a little unconventional, it's to be expected. They have all the basics and that's what matters. The plants outside the store are pretty fantastic. They have lots of perennials for a great price. Staff is friendly. The only weird thing is the amount of cameras in the store??? It seemed so weird, the whole ceiling has like 30 cameras hanging down. It just feels really unwelcoming like they are assuming we are all going to steal from them, idk maybe they have a history of theft or something just...

I'm finding myself really glad that they opened one of these nearby. Great deals on many of the things I'd otherwise have to buy at full outrageous Alameda County Royalty prices. Of course you have to watch expiration dates - I've never found an expired item but if I'm looking for something I know I'm going to have around for a few months (condiments), I'll check and make sure it will live that long. Every employee I've encountered has been very friendly and helpful. Sometimes they have items that I would never expect to find here, always a...
