Jumpity Bumpity Pleasanton — Attraction in Pleasanton

Irresponsible , rude , disrespectful owner. Yelling at my 5 year old daughter with me sitting right beside her. Read the full review. Owner replied to my original yelp review making up lies about me not having a stroller and about me not acting when my daughter had a few balls come out of the pit without throwing them just as she played. I will better explain here.

Walked in with my 5 year-old daughter, my wife, baby and 11 year old cousin. Owner was at check-in screwing in a screw on on top of us not giving us any space or waiting for us to finish. Gave no consideration. She then dropped the screw almost fell on top of our baby in the stroller.

Wife and baby left to shop while I stayed with my 5 year old daughter and 11 year old cousin for them to play.

Daughter was playing in a ball pit, which is normal to have balls flying out of it at any play area anywhere you go. There was another girl throwing balls out of the pit, my daughter wasn’t , however with the permitted being low a few balls flew out of it.

The owner then comes to my 5 year old and begins to yell at her telling her to come outside and pick up the balls she “threw” which she didn’t they just came out. Literally yelling at a child telling her to come out and put the balls back. Why don’t you and your employees just take a few moments and clean up afterwards, it’s a play place things will need cleaning and picking up that’s normal.

Which then I noticed her yelling and told her that she is not allowed to yell at my child and only I can discipline my child. Then I told my child to be careful and not let the balls fall out which again she was not throwing they were just coming out and she told me okay.

Then the owner went on lecturing me on how to teach my daughter discipline and how to teach her to follow the rules. Very rude and entitled person. She could not apologize for her behavior coming at a child , instead started coming at me.

I did not want to cause a scene. She is also much older than me and I did not want to disrespect her. However, she handled this very wrong and disrespected me and attacked my parenting. Kept giving me and my daughter dirty stares until we left.

Anyone that tries to leave a bad review for her she tries to make them seem like they are lying and making stuff up. Very terrible business owner I would not come back here and do not recommend...

I came in with my daughter to book a party for my granddaughter, and Daniella helped us out. She was absolutely wonderful so patient, friendly, and made the whole process super easy. The rest of the staff we met were just as nice, and the place itself is spotless and well kept.

We actually ended up booking the party on the spot because of how good the experience was. I’m really excited for October now! One thing I appreciate is how organized everything is. They do ask everyone (including adults) to take off their shoes, which keeps the place extra clean. If you don’t have socks, they sell them for a small price, or you can grab shoe covers. For kids, they have their own special socks they provide, which is pretty standard for these types of playgrounds.

I’ll admit, I was a little nervous because of some of the bad reviews online, but coming in person totally changed my mind. Honestly, I think a lot of those negative reviews must’ve just been from upset customers because everything we saw was clean, fun, and well run.

Another big plus with the party packages is that they include tokens for the kids, which is amazing because they can also play the arcade-style machines along with everything else. On top of that, you get a party host who helps with setup, serving food, and cleaning up. That alone takes so much stress off the parents and lets you actually enjoy the day.

Overall, I’d say this place is amazing. Super clean, tons of activities for kids to burn off energy, and really great staff. Can’t wait for my granddaughter’s...

From the moment I came in to check out the place, the staff was super helpful and welcoming. Daniella gave me a tour and explained everything in detail. She made sure I understood how the party process works, what’s included, and how the kids would have fun. I was a little unsure at first since most of my guests were around 3 years old, but she reassured me that’s actually one of the main age groups they get. She was right the kids had an amazing time and there were so many activities to keep them busy.

The place itself was very clean and organized, and the party rooms were so cute. They were perfect for the kids. There’s not a ton of space for adults, but honestly that didn’t matter much because most parents just dropped their kids off.

Chelsea helped me with my food order, and she was awesome. She answered all my questions and made sure everything was correct. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. My party even came with tokens for the kids, which they loved.

The day of the party, the staff was on top of everything helping decorate, serve food, clean up, and check in on us to make sure everything was going well. You can tell they really care about making sure everything runs smoothly.
