About four years ago we needed a new mattress. We went to the Dublin Mattress Firm store and met Neesha. She is amazing! She listened to our needs, asked follow up questions, was willing to add in her thoughts, and then she had us try several mattresses. She explained honestly the pluses and minuses according to what we were looking for and never once tried to “sell” or “oversell” us a mattress. The experience was so great, and our mattress was so perfect for us that five family members went to her for their mattress purchases as well.

Last month we found ourselves needing another mattress so of course we went to see Neesha! Unfortunately Neesha hurt her knee and was not there. We decided to “make do” until she returned work. Neesha returned to work last week and we went to the Dublin Mattress Firm store immediately. It was the same fabulous experience we had four years ago. There is no ego in her. She wants to help find the mattress that best serves our needs. She is honest and fair, she KNOWS every quaility and purpose for every one of the mattresses Mattress Firm sells and probably for every other mattress on the market too.

A year and a half later and I STILL HATE MY MATTRESS. A year and a half later and I STILL HAVE TO TURN OVER TEN TO TWELVE TIMES PER NIGHT, waking up with SORE SHOULDERS and a STIFF NECK that stays with me through the day. Why? Because my MATTRESS SUCKS even though I paid what I now know was an absurd amount of money for it. Yes--I should have done better research. Mattress Discounters these guys aren't. Oh wait--did I just get confused and call them by their other name? How silly of me. I guess it's to give the appearance of competition that this corporations operates stores that sell the same products using different store names. Yep. Mattress Discounters & Sleep Train--Same guys! We went here on a Sunday evening and it wasn't too busy. Parking lot is shared so I imagine on a busy day it can be tricky to find a spot.

They have a small table with activities for children to sit in while parents shop towards the back. Lots of different options to choose from you can find something in all price points. Best of all no pressure to buy.

We had the pleasure to work with Glen. He was super informative about the difference between brands and styles(hybrids, foam, spring etc.). He was well informed of current promotions and bundles offered at the store.

We were able to try a variety of brands and were happy with his honesty and zero pressure to make a purchase (he was not hoovering over us like what we experience in another store). The purchasing process was smooth.
