Came here around 5pm on a Saturday evening to pick up some Acai bowl before heading home. On the floor is some Boba tea someone has spilled a few hours ago. Not cleaned up yet. After taking the order of the group in front of me, the guy at the cashier disappears into the back for 15min while the line behind me is piling up.
The cashier comes back out after 15min to notify me that they are short staffed and not taking orders. All in all waited for 30min in line before this development.
This an example of a business run by kids (literally). All I see in the staff are teenagers with no adult supervision. Where are the adults/ managers running the show? My wife had similar experiences with this business this mall before.
Large wait times, unexperienced staff, gross mismanagement and general chaos. I hope this place does better...

I met a friendly drink maker and told him I wanted a PiƱa Colada. He asked me to order through the kiosk, but since I wasnāt sure which toppings to choose, he suggested mango burst and boba. The service was quick, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best PiƱa Coladas Iāve ever had. The toppings were perfect, and I enjoyed it so much that Iāve already decided to come back again...
