Bed shopping is the worst!!! So many choices and options to consider. It’s a big investment of money and time. Brad and Alexis made this overwhelming process as smooth as any bed buying process could be. We are so so so grateful to have had them help us.
Brad helped us initially and really took his time explaining all the different bed types and options. He didn’t put pressure on us to make a decision and was patient with us. He had an answer for all of our questions and explained everything we needed to know really well.
Both Brad and Alexis helped us get our financing in order. They even called us to give us UNEXPECTED AND AWESOME news that they had a better promotion that we qualified for and that our sales price would be less than we expected. They helped us pick perfect sheets to purchase with some of the money we saved.
They set up our delivery and kept us informed every step of the way. We stopped in a few times to look at their pillow selection and ended up buying two pillows with the rewards we incurred on our sleep iq app (which Alexis hammered into our brains to take advantage of).
We have had a few issues with our bed and bedding and each time, these two have taken care of every need or problem we have had that same day. They never batted an eye and helped us find what solution would work best for us.
We now just stop by the store just to say hi because we love these two so much for helping us find a bed and bedding that was comfortable. Most of all though, we stop by to see them just to say hi because they are such nice people. I would recommend these two to anyone...
Read moreUpdated review: Sleep Number has changed their privacy invasion policy so that many features of your bed are no longer accessible unless you are willing to consent to them invading your privacy. For this reason I have changed my review score and updated my review. When a company treats your personal information like a product to be collected and used for profit, locking features away when you do not consent to their invasion of your privacy, then they stop getting my endorsement and won't get future money from me.
The bed is now incredibly hard to use for my wife and I, because we have to share a remote-- and support told me that I couldn't even turn off features that were accessible only in the mobile app, and I'm not even able to factory reset the bed-- but because of their privacy invasion, I no longer have access to change those scheduled features.
Let that sink in-- existing customers not only lost access to previously available features, but you can't even turn off bed heating now. When I called support, they advised me that they were getting a lot of calls from furious customers.
