Back in November 2022, I went in to see if they can help me out in sizing my old wedding ring and replacing my diamond into a new band. I believe Ginger & Azaria helped me out and gave me advice to schedule an appointment for the upcoming event in May of 2023 where I would be able to buy a new band, and they could size it and transfer my diamond into the new band that same day.

So my appointment for May of this year came up. I arrived early and waited for the store to open. As they open the store, they greed it my sister and I with a smile and we both felt welcomed. Lii, Ginger and Sheri all helped out and gave us advice on rings and helped me make a final decision in choosing my ring & band. We bonded with the beautiful ladies and had such a great experience with them all! My wedding band was sized and my old diamond was placed into my new band, in less than two hours. I was very pleased with everything.

On Tuesday May 13th, I went back to pick up my other band that I purchased from Kay Jewelers and was sent out to be sized. Lii helped me out when I purchased the band and she also helped me out when I picked it up. Lii, is such a sweet and kind person, and very knowledgeable of the work she does. Lii. Is awesome in customer service.

I hadn’t been to Kay Jewelers in quite a few years for my ring inspection, and somewhere along the way, I lost all of my warranty information. I walked in honestly expecting the worst—but to my surprise, I was met with nothing but kindness and patience from the staff. Lii was absolutely wonderful. She didn’t rush through the process or turn me away due to the missing paperwork. Instead, she took her time to search through their records and patiently tracked down my warranty information, which I genuinely appreciated. She even went a step further and helped me create a Vault account, so I won’t have to go through this again in the future. Her attention to detail and calm, helpful attitude made the whole experience stress-free. Julian was also a great help—he assisted with getting my ring resized and was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure the sizing was perfect and explained the process clearly. Both Lii and Julian took the time to tell me about current deals and promotions, which I really appreciated since I’m considering another purchase soon. My husband and I go to Kay Jewelers every 6 months to clean and inspect my engagement ring and wedding band. Lii, Ginger and Adriana are the customer service agents at the Stoneridge Mall location that assist us. They are friendly and knowledgeable about the services we needed. They took the time to properly inspect my rings and discovered a loose stone and explained the process of sending out the ring for repair.
