@iseecream.us is the newest dessert cafe in the Bay Area, located in @shopstoneridge in Pleasanton. With its cute and charming decor, it’s the perfect spot to satisfy your sweet tooth. The cafe specializes in a variety of delicious desserts, including soft serve, taiyaki, macarons, mochi donuts, and boba drinks. The mochi donuts are a must-try, with their adorable decorations and soft, fluffy texture. The soft serve is also a crowd favorite, with its stunning presentation and wide range of flavors, including taiyaki soft serve. And don’t forget about the drinks!! The brown sugar boba milk and strawberry matcha latte are both refreshing and bursting with flavor. Disclaimer: I attended a Yelp elite event and received free items. Thus, I cannot comment on the value and prices of their items. This review is only on the food quality and service. This place is right next to Men's Wearhouse so it was easy to find as it's next to the entrance/exit. Difficult for me to turn down anything with brown sugar milk tea and boba in it so I got that for the premium ice cream cup. It was beautifully presented and I was enjoying it while waiting for the taiyaki. I never knew cornflakes tasted so good with boba and milk tea ice cream. This was like a delicious breakfast dessert. It had pudding and cornflakes on the bottom which gave contrasting textures. The milk tea ice cream was drizzled with brown sugar. My goodness I inhaled it. While waiting, I watched as a guy carefully made the taiyaki. It took some time, but it was made with care. The lady who made my ice cream cup looked around and wanted to make sure everything was okay and even asked how the ice cream tasted. Such service, I asked if she was the owner. Yes, her name is Chalina. And Andy, the guy who made taiyaki, is an owner too. No wonder they paid extra attention to their presentation, food and service. I knew they were different. I ordered ube and brown sugar boba (again, hard to resist) for the taiyaki. They were crispy and thick, which I liked. I felt the filling was not a lot, but it tasted great. The food quality and service exceeded my expectations and I will be back!

Recently tried this place at the stone ridge mall, had long queue outside the shop that made me more curious to try their ice cream. Although, it wasn’t a wait in placing the order but to receive the order. They accept both cash & card. Since I wasn’t carrying my card that day, I had only cash though of mentioning this option for people carrying cash. They have a points system in their system where if you have good amount of points you win a keychain. I tried their Choco Love $8.95 with a Nutella Taiyaki Waffle ( that was an add-on for $2.00) They had good service. I think they’re limited on staff that’s why it does take 15-20 minutes to get your order or maybe it was the weekend that took that much time. Overall, a must try if you’re an ice...

Not very good for the price. We paid 12 for a specialty ice cream that was 80% Boba. It was a choco lovers and nothing about it was chocolate lover. You get one little chocolate cookie with such a small amount of chocolate soft serve. The best part was the soft serve and the waffle pastry on top. I was already home when I realized the unfortunate rip off and I didn't have time to head back to get it remade without the absolute obscene amount of Boba. Just a warning, you deffenitley need to like Boba a lot to enjoy their ice cream, I do really feel they should ask in advance like other places too if you want that. Hopefully can...
