I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from the Michael Ornelas team at the State Farm Insurance office in Pleasanton. And a big shout out to Frank Dong who certainly went “above and beyond” to assist me with a life insurance policy issue.

I called the office a week ago very concerned about my bill, and was surprised to discover an anomaly that had occurred many months prior due to inaction on my part (distracted by the whirlwind surrounding my father’s death).

Frank gently instructed me to submit a written request for consideration and resolution of the issue, which I quickly did. I was very impressed with Frank’s calm demeanor, absolute professionalism and his ongoing communication throughout the process.

When I found out yesterday that the issue had been resolved in my favor I was so grateful. And, I was additionally thrilled to discover that Frank and Mike strongly advocated on my behalf. Wow! Now those are partners who really have my back!!
