I am delighted with and am thankful for the exceptional service provided by our housecleaning team! I’ve had the same team (Daysi and Maria) for almost 3 years, and every week, they arrive within their scheduled window and with smiles and greetings, ready to efficiently tackle the task of transforming our home into a sparkling haven.

As a young family, keeping up with the demands of cleaning can be challenging (to say the least). Thanks to my amazing team, this is a major, laborious task taken off my list and I can focus my time and energy on my children. I don’t have to worry about straightening up before they arrive, they go above and beyond to ensure a tidy house by putting away toys, folding miscellaneous towels, and organizing odd and ends left around. They bring all of their own equipment and are amenable to the specific needs of our home. They adapt to our evolving needs, handling each request with grace, always striving to accommodate our preferences. They communicate well in English and I feel confident in their understanding of any new tasks I need accomplished.

The central office is responsive to scheduling adjustments and feedback. In the event a member from my team is not available (out sick, vacation, etc.) they will send a replacement, but there is always at least one of the original team members cleaning so they can instruct and guide the replacement(s) regarding the specifics of my home.

I don’t usually post, but I’m posted on Yelp and I posting here. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Initially, I was hesitant, because I had never had anyone in our for this type of service. My husband and I are up in age and we can’t “clean clean” like we could in the past. The initial visit went very well and their policy was clearly stated. The team I started with was Daisy and Marie, and will continue with, is a Fantastic team! Very professional — punctual, efficient, courteous and just good. In addition to vacuum and mopping, they dust window seal, door frames, doors, baseboards, shake rugs, they MOVE items and trinkets and dust the trinkets! They dust the tv, dining chairs… I can’t say enough to say/show how much we appreciate their service.. .. So, if you find that you need a little support with house chores, or you a a love one, older mother, sick member of the family, I suggest you give Molly Maid

I was surprised that the cleaners left without checking out with me. There were many things 2 workers did not do during the 2 hours they spent. I had to go behind them and wipe down the bathroom sink cabinet - it looked like they applied some product but didn't wipe it off. The bathtub still had black spots which I was able to clean. They didn't clean under the tub. They didn't dust anything that I could tell. Walls had cobwebs, shelves were emptied to that they could be wiped down, but were left dusty, etc...They did vacuum (I had to give them a vacuum cleaner bag because they forgot theirs) and the stovetop looked good - but not worth paying them $210.00 for the 2 hours. Lesson learned. I will not use them again - if I did, I would have to stay close and make sure they were being thorough. I should add, that I had used Molly Maid once before several years ago and they did...
