Perhaps Dr. Liu has a twin. I can’t fathom these positive reviews. The negative ones make perfect sense. If I could give a negative 5 I would. Dr. Liu was rude, unprofessional and condescending. He was unprepared for my appointment and kept trying to say images that the doctors’ practice already has and are in their mutual system were not there. I knew for a fact my relevant images were already in their system as well as a relevant report. However, Dr. Liu told me in a very condescending tone, “I know you WANT the images to be there (in their system) but talking more won’t make them be there.”
So when it was clear Dr. Liu wasn’t going to help me I ended up speaking with a very kind and helpful person at the front office on my way out who promptly located the images and report. All the office staff present were very helpful.
But this was after Dr. Liu had already wasted time being argumentative about the matter. Dr. Liu was brushing me off due to his own incompetence and that of his medical assistant in bothering to locate what took just a moment for a front office person to find.
Additionally, he was only going to look at one body part, with zero interest in even trying to track down whether my pain is referred or due to an issue at the site of pain itself. He never even came into the medical room where I was waiting to see him. I ended up going out into the hallway to try to speak with him and to try to help him and his medical assistant to locate the needed images/report.
Dr. Liu had no concern for my well-being at all. He seemed in a hurry to simply move on to another patient with doing nothing at all to even try to help me. I waited months for this appointment. Unfortunately another Dr in the practice who I’d seen previously who is very professional had told me that Dr. Liu would find a way to help me even if I wasn’t able to get a cervical MRI. Unfortunately that Dr. was mistaken and Dr. Liu wouldn’t even look at my X-rays.
His medical assistant appeared bored and as though she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. She also clearly looked confused by the correct medical terminology I was using when trying to explain where I hurt.
This whole ordeal was such a waste of my time and that of my friend. I can’t express enough how much I wish I’d never bothered to pursue medical care from Dr. Liu. I’m still left in severe pain which I’ve been navigating for just over two years. If I could bill Dr. Liu for my wasted time and energy I would....

He said you don't need an injection, so there's nothing I can do or even advise. For a person chronic neck and back pain? Why did I spend my time to book and be here? Never had such a useless and hopefuless doctor's visit.
Will not return. A second after I explained I have lower back and neck pain he said - you can only talk about your back. You need a separate appointment for your neck.
Excuse me? Are you even a doctor who cares? Aren't neck and back CONNECTED and work together dynamically? What about the posture or injury caused by one issue that affects the other?
Useless. I think ChatGPT is more useful than this physician.
He can only pain management through injection. No further in-depth understanding nor making any effort to use his brain on patients'...
