TakeOff Adventure Park — Attraction in Pleasantville

We just visited Take Off Adventure Park to celebrate my daughter’s 4th birthday, and I couldn’t be more impressed! 🎉 From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and made sure every guest felt welcome and cared for — especially the kiddos!

The entire property was spotless, which, as a parent, means everything to me. The team clearly takes pride in keeping the space not only fun but safe and clean, even during busy times.

I want to give a special shoutout to Karen (if there’s more than one — I believe she was of Chinese descent). She was absolutely phenomenal — constantly checking in on guests, cleaning proactively, and making sure everything was running smoothly with a big, genuine smile on her face. You could tell she truly cared. 💖

DO NOT BRING YOUNG CHILDREN. We visited on a rainy Thursday, so we knew there would be a lot of kids, but the reviews looked awesome and we were excited. I gave it 3 stars because the facility is huge and generally clean for a play place but do not, and I repeat, do not bring young children because there is no section that’s specifically for little kids. We had a 5 year old, 4 year old, two 3 year olds and a 1 year old, with several adults, so lots of supervision and the bigger kids still had no regard for them/barreled into them several times – to the point that after an hour (20 minutes for me) we left because it was too stressful. This place is great for older children, but unless they create a designated area for younger ones, don’t waste your money as it’s way too unsafe for...

Loved, loved, loved this place! You guys did a great job in setting up the atmosphere and various things the kids can do. I so appreciated the cleanliness of your facility.- PLEASE, Please , please maintain the cleanliness of the various things the kids use. We use to go to another local trampoline place but the hygiene/cleanliness of the place became so “Grungy”.
