Homestead Apart-Hotel — Hotel in Pleasantville

these are the days of our lives in which we are looking so desperately for a great economic place which is safe which is personable which is professional and which is reliable to stay when we were going on vacation or going on business or assembly sing somewhere in between places the homestead inn or the homestead Lodge is fairly priced reasonably priced especially considering all of the amenities inconveniences with which is included in your price hey let me first say that the staff here that you meet and interact with consistent stop it's a small staff including Miguel Howie and Kelly they are like the backbone of this place and they will go out of their way to make sure that whatever your needs are met quickly easily and without frustration the demeanor of the staff here is there such where as you realize that these people take their job seriously and that these people also understand overstand that a person's well-being and restful peaceful state of mine where they lay their hat down is of the utmost importance this place has full kitchens oven stove microwave the appliances oh yeah and a full refrigerator the appliances here are very good appliances and on top of that if available upon request you may receive cookware that you may utilize while you're here until you find something to get the chance to get something more along with you need but if you're just staying here for a little bit it's perfect you really can't ask for I better hotel experience in this area it's like a little like a little hole in the wall so to speak and I live in this area for quite a while and have never even known this place matter of fact this place is the best place to stay in the area at very reasonable price it's very quiet family friendly family accommodating and they have jacuzzis and they also have are pet friendly service as well I believe that is determined upon you know what type of you know breed of dog you may have etc reliability and safety this place really is not state-of-the-art but definitely a leader pioneering away for lodging experience in this area I can't say one time out of about this place they have inside units in the air outside units it's conveniently located next to a bingo hall that's kind of think you're into there's not many of them all around it's conveniently located right next door to an Enterprise Rent-a-Car service it's conveniently located down the road from a Walmart at Wawa a Burger King and Asian market a post office a taco Bell a Dunkin donuts a dollar store a liquor store McDonald's a Sam's club||5mns down road from All AC things to do! The worst ig I can rate it a 0 I would rate this place a 0. I stood here for 3 days and 2 nights . Let me just tell you guys it was the worse !. On Friday at 11pm I check in with the front desk. They said I have to pay $100 deposit. After I just paid for the hotel . I asked why am I paying a deposit if on the website I don’t see no policy stating that when you check in you have to pay a deposit. They said it’s on the website . So I just paid the deposit no issue . I checked in so late so once I got there I went to sleep . I didn’t check if the room was clean or anything I just end up falling asleep. The next day I woken up . I was getting everything picked up . I was making the bed and I was making the bed I realized on the blankets it was big black stains on the sheets . And blood on the sheets . I put up a room service sign up on the door to let room service know that the room have to be cleaned . They did not cleaned it they kept the sheets the same my whole stay there . It seems to me they never cleaned the room before they gave me a room . So I eneded up living the hotel with a rash and bed bug bites . Due to the hotel not cleaning the sheets and hotel room before I arrived for check in. The breakfast was horrible it’s little muffins with toast . The staff members are really rude and dismissive. Josh the manager is horrible. I explained I wanted a refund due to my room not being cleaning before I arrived to check in he kept telling me I can’t get a deposit to just for me to checkout late due to the inconvenience I made it clear to him I didn’t want to stay any longer . I was on the 3rd floor also the second day of me staying here it was people arguing screaming slamming doors yelling. It was the worst . I don’t recommend you staying here. Especially due to not the hotel not following health guidelines or protocols. Im not sure how this place is still running. This place have bedbugs they are not cleaning properly. Im not sure as to why the department of human health haven’t did anything about this yet . And I will make sure to report this to the department of human health.!
