I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at the Sinesta Hotel in West Atlantic City. I frequently stay in hotels for business and personal reasons, and I have never experienced such poor service or dishonesty from a hotel staff.||The trouble began when I requested a clean room daily, a basic expectation for any guest. Instead of honoring this request, the staff falsely accused me of insulting a cleaning staff member, which is absolutely untrue. I have never insulted anyone at any hotel I’ve stayed at. This appears to have been an excuse to avoid cleaning the rooms.||To make matters worse, the staff waited until checkout time to inform me that I could not extend my stay, even though I had already booked another night online. This last-minute notice was extremely inconvenient for both myself and my family. Additionally, the day before, I was told I would have to pay an additional $25 just to have a room with a refrigerator, which felt like an unnecessary charge for a basic amenity.||This entire experience was an extreme inconvenience to me and my family, disrupting our plans and causing significant frustration. The lack of professionalism and the dishonesty displayed by the staff have left me deeply disappointed. I hope that management will take this matter seriously and address it appropriately. Read moreI can’t not thank the staff at this hotel enough!! After a terrible experience arriving to a hotel in wildwood Jersey at 12am with 2 small children these people were our saviors!!!! Told us to come right over with 24/7 check in. They got us a room by 1am gio the hotel manager was not even working and answering calls middle of the night from his team Jennifer and Ricardo to help us get into our room when we had a hiccup with our 3rd party booking site. We got to our room and throughout the entire stay they were kind helpful and genuine from start to finish! The rooms are very clean, great air conditioning, spacious and great beds I’m not sure why this hotel is only a 2 star hotel it felt like a 5 star to us! It’s only 15 min straight drive over to the AC boardwalk and only 20 min from ocean city! Their pool is clean and the complimentary breakfast is awesome too! Please do not hesitate to book this hotel again Gio, Jennifer and Ricardo are great!!!! The house keepers are awesome too! I know if we come back to AC we are defiantly always booking the Sonesta!
