Edit AGAIN 12/1/14 Back to 1 star, your employee (Manager?!) Steve is very rude. Taking the orders is a pain with him (and you'll probably get him if you go through the drive through). My last attempt is as follows: Because the nature of my order, I let me passenger and guest in the backseat order first. No problem for them. Now when I order (sitting in the drivers seat) go to place side orders. He tells me that 'Huh, I've never done that before' in a snarky, under-your-breath tone. I've heard him in this tone before, specifically when we had to pay with cash and credit. (split order). Again under his breath, he says, "It can never be easy". Uh, I can hear you. You're a manager, you shouldn't treat your customers like this. With my last order, he didn't give me a receipt (after telling me it's in the first bag with the sides). He gave my passengers the non-freeze version of Mountain Dew, even after the screen when he ordered specifically asked for the freeze, and my backseat guest didn't get the two sides for the new food item. It sounds like stupid nit-picking, but seriously, you have one job. Corporate needs to look at the sanity of this person.
Edit 5/7/14 I'm raising the review to 4 stars, from 3 stars. The last few times I've gone they haven't messed any orders up. The manager Steve was very friendly and spoke with me in a lively tone, instead of the typical drive through murmur that you'd find at any drive though. While at the window paying I noticed that he treated his employees well and kept everything near the window stocked and ready for other employees.

Read moreThis Taco Bell is the most craziest Taco Bell that I've gone to they're more concerned about taking care of the customer through the drive-thru and not worrying about the people that are at the counter I had to wait 7 minutes just in order to have someone take care of me this is not the first or the second or the third time this has happened it seems like they're more focus and getting people out of the drive-thru than they are focusing on the people in the lobby. There's a kiosk there that they always point out to ask you to do but I don't like using the kiosk because it's sometimes broken or it's not easy to navigate especially for the seniors I've been there at times that they have been waiting and I would have to scream at the someone there just to get our attention. This place is really ridiculous and never seen a Taco Bell operate like this at all especially when there's customers waiting they may be at lunch or dinner with their family but there's no focus on the front counter at all in regards to that and then they have an attitude because then you're asking them to help you not really sure what the operation of this place est. Plus when you ask him about your special menu they have no clue what . Plus I asked sometimes about the Enchirito and if they can make that for me sometimes there's one or two people that know how and then there's others that have no clue or doesn't have no interest to make it a special for you to come in. Read moreHorrible service. When asked about a charge on my order the employee got really condescending and nasty and got even more nasty when I asked for the manager. I just wanted to clarify why it appeared that I was being charged for sauce packets. While I talked to the manager and explained, she stood right behind him with her arms crossed giving me dirty looks. The manager said it would be dealt with, but when she went to give me my food it was all crushed and looked like someone smashed the bag in. My family's tacos were crushed and we had to turn it into a taco salad b/c of this. Contacted the company thru their website and got no response. All I said was "can you take the sauce packets off if im being charged. I don't need them that bad." I didn't yell or curse her out I was just trying to figure out why my bill went up over 2 dollars when sauce packets were added on the screen.
