I think I have never leave a review of this kind anywhere before but this is something sad and that needs attention, yesterday around 3 pm I decided to go to this kfc wich immediately when you walk inside you can see how filthy it is!, starting with the door , the floors are extremely dirty and shoes sticks to floor,and the kitchen? I don't even want to start, I walk to order and notice two man in the order line already upset and 3 more on the online pick up line , I notice there's only 3 workers 1 cooking and the other 2 getting all the drive thru orders , people inside where completely ignored and avoided , I understand they are short staffed and probably underpaid too, I walk back to the car and just placed the order online since it looked they where moving fast with drive thru and online and me and my children prefer kfc than other chicken chains I decided to give it a chance it has some mixed reviews on here so it must be good just a bad day maybe!? , after waiting 30 min outside I know they are busy so I sat down at my car and waited patiently, I received the message that order is ready I walk inside again Totally ignored and people on line stepping out since they where getting ignored too after 15 min I talk to a worker who tells me I don't know why it say it's ready when is not, it's been 45 min at this point since I ordered and the drive thru keeps moving and getting all the good service, I did not say anything I just patiently waited he prepared my order I understand this workers position and I feel bad for them, finally 3 more workers show up , I get my order after 15 more minutes workers with same gloves the whole time, good thing chicken i can say it was ok sides where fine but the mini pies I don't know what happened how they handled those or how long they where there my stomach has been sick since yesterday, owner of this kfc needs to be more responsible and take care of your workers and restaurant it's embarrassing to own a chain restaurant and having on this situation of filthy and...

I can't pickup order inside because the doors are locked. I wait about 15 mins on the drive-thru line to tell the casher that I'm a mobile order. I am directed to park in a side spot designated for mobile order pickups.
The order is not ready. I waited nearly an hour to get the food. I spoke with one gentlemen worker. He was the only one who was handling mobile orders. The order was completely wrong. It was round aboutly put together. The ordered started out right towards the end they just throw three pieces of the same of chicken in the same meal.
They are not equipped to handle the orders and work load. They constantly cheat the timing of the orders but the customer winds up waiting longer then usual. Don't say that an online order is complete, when you haven't even started it.
In addition, the food wasn't even that fresh or hot when we got home. With that much business the chicken should be churning out the door. The grease should be hot and dripping off the chicken. It was not.
I don't recommend this establishment. Please, Save your time and money. Dine somewhere else.

The worst experience in 50 years of enjoying KFC. Let's start with me placing an online order at 5:15 pm and receiving an email that it was ready to pickup at 5:30. We got there to pickup at 5:45, but it still wasn't ready. Now I could understand if it was busy, but we were the only people in the building and nobody in the drive thru either, With 5 people working. So when I was finally given my food at 6:10, the counter person was rude, snippy, and with an attitude. You would think they might be a little apologetic for making me wait for 40 minutes for a 12 piece family meal and 4 tenders. So now when I got home I only received 11 pieces of chicken. 5 drumsticks, 2 breast and 4 thighs. The corn was killed and must have sat all day in the warmer. And I paid for 2 extra biscuits which I never received. Now I understand why there's no refund signs all over the inside of the building and at the drive thru board. I feel sad for the owners because of the amount of money loss they must...
