Joseph Anthony Jewelers Inc — Attraction in Plum

My mother inlaw and I each dropped off an item for repair, my mother inlaw needed a gold chain repaired and I needed a gold ring with blue sapphires downsized. In the process Joe apparently cracked a sapphire and replaced the stone with a larger darker stone without contacting me about the issue. Then they proceeded to tell us that Joe lost my mother inlaws gold chain. Showing no remorse about the chain they now claim she never gave them the chain, they have no record of it and claim the ticket she has for the item is from a previous repair job. Why would she have an old ticket when the first thing you do when picking up a repair is to hand the sales clerk (Marylou) the ticket? This whole experience has been so bizarre. Nice people to your face but ridiculously dishonest. I didn’t complain about my ring because I would never let him touch a piece of my jewelry ever again after this...

After having an absolutely horrible experience at another local jeweler my fiancé and I decided to give Joseph Anthony a try to reshape the band on my engagement ring and size our wedding bands and we are SO GLAD we did!
