We purchase many of our systems, servers and parts from Computer Warehouse over the years and have been very satisfied with their service and commitment to making sure everything is taken care of to ensure our needs are met.
Even if they do not carry the Item I am looking for, they have let me know where I can find it online for the best price, which is true customer service and which is why they are always my first go to....
The staff and owner Marshall have always been courteous to us and have tried every resource to make sure our needs our met for our district. I have dealt with other suppliers, dealers and shops where I was made to think what I have done for the last 30+ years is nothing compared to theirs, or have been made to think I am wasting their time by buying something from them and/or sometimes when I have a question.
The Computer Warehouse staff and owner have always been able to answer some of the toughest questions that I have had that I was not able to find an answer for. Computer Warehouse uses their vast contacts and loyal customer base to see if anyone has run into the issues and then let me know either that day or in a few days.
Being in the IT industry for a long time and seeing things come and go, it is nice to find a shop where they treat me as a person, and not as a sale....

Read moreI’m no expert by any means, but I’m willing to bet that I’m significantly more knowledgable about fixing PC rigs than most people. With that said, I brought in my rig and directly stated “Hey I think XYZ is the problem.”
Not only did technicians check for the problem I’d mentioned, they ran diagnostics tests and found other issues such as poorly seated cables, disconnected fans & the heating being FAR above where it should’ve been resting. They fixed ALL of these problems and gave me plenty of accurate updates whenever I’d requested.
Not only did they go above & beyond, but despite them reconnecting fans / cables, replacing power supplies, even taking apart the motherboard to replace the coolant, I was NOT charged for the building of the rig itself. Up until the supply needed to be replaced I was being charged just $60 for many, many hours of man labour purely as a “Diagnostic” charge.
The only downside is that these folks are great at what they do and (thus) they’re very busy. If they find an issue they intend to fix it, and they’ll repeatedly tackle that problem until it’s solved. If you’re the kind of guy who’d rather have your busted laptop back in 3 days as opposed to in perfect condition in 2 weeks, this is NOT the place for you.

Read moreIn early 2021, I called in to get placed on a waiting list for a 3060TI for my first Pc build. (Due to the violent nature of the market at the time, I thought I’d never get one, let alone close to MSRP.)
They added me to a list told me I may have a long wait, but that was fine with me while I ironed out my final decisions on other parts, and got the money together for them.
They called, they had gotten an EVGA FTW3 3060Ti with my name on the hold. (HALLELUJAH! And only $50 above msrp, which at the time was a god send) my only complaint was they told me I had 48 hours to come in a pay or pick it up or they’d have to give it to next in line (eh whatever, I wanted it same day anyways)
The man who assisted me with check out, asked about my build, offered some advice most people wouldn’t think of (XMP in bios, part compatibility, etc.) and had a WONDERFUL conversation with me.
