Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Local services in Pocatello

Not anyone at this Cricket store have any idea or knowledge of what they’re doing, they’ll just refer you to call customer service who just give you run around and never have any solutions unless it’s buying another phone/plan with HORRIBLE service. It’s almost like every at Cricket makes things purposely difficult to get any kind of help. The Cricket app is also HORRIBLE! The employees at the store encourage you to download the app because you can supposedly “easily” pay your bill, add hotspot and make changes to your account. The app and website work about 10% of the time. Almost every single time I’ve tried to pay a bill or make changes the website and app are down or my account says there’s a “pending order” so I can’t even pay my bill let alone make changes to my account. In turn my phone will be shut off and you have to go in to an actual Cricket store to get your phone turned back on and you have to pay and extra fee for doing so. No one should have to pay extra for YOUR company never having a website/app that never works. I’ve had a family member go in the store and SHUT MULTIPLE PHONES ON MY ACCOUNT OFF WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM ME when they were NEVER the account holder in the first place and when I went in to get it fixed your employees told me that it wasn’t their problem even though they let someone on my account make changes who was never even on my account and that I would have to pay all their reactivation fees to turn the phones back on. I can’t get any kind of internet coverage. It’s breaks my brain how bad this provider is. I used them about 10 Years ago and they have gotten worse not better. I use to swear by them. I can’t even use google. I can’t get on any social media more the half the time. Why bother? The ladies at the store are very nice and eager to get me signed up but now I know why. The coverage is basically non existent. I can’t get on the internet at my own home which’s in the better part of Pocatello. Walmart has a better plan that actually allows you to access the internet for 1/2 the price. I don’t want Walmart Cell Phone. I used Cricket in a pinch, but I was WRONG to do so! Also the customer service is nonexistent. Goodbye and good riddance. I can’t even look at my complete review to proof read it before I submit it. That is how awful this service is. I love cricket! I have 4 lines of unlimited talk text and data for $100.00 a month! Plus their signal and service is the best I've found for where i live. I have only 1, 5mile spot that i travel on that my service isn't very good, streaming slows down or stops completely when you are going through Gibson Idaho on the ft hall Indian reservation. It doesn't matter if you are on hwy 91 or if you are on the i15 the signal sucks really bad through that area!
