Cloud x vape and smoke — Local services in Pocatello

There is a guy that works at this cloud X that has glasses and brown hair & his hair is cut in a buzz cut(I have to describe him because I have no idea what his name is). He’s CONSTANTLY overcharging my husband and I for vape juice. He’s been over charging us $7 every time we buy a bottle(so I’ve only bought about 4 bottles total when he’s working). I usually complain about it, telling him it’s the wrong price, and he gets extremely upset at me. He’s incredibly condescending. Maybe he just doesn’t like women, who knows. I’ve asked him before to please look at my previous purchases so he can see the CORRECT price, he flat out refuses, and proceeds to bite my head off. He claims that the price has always been $20/bottle since the store opened, but I know for a fact that is NOT the case. This guy needs to relax and quit being so rude to customers. I REFUSE to go into the store when he’s working. When I went in there yesterday, I saw that he was working, I turned around, and walked right back out. I really didn’t feel like arguing with him. Maybe the manager could give him a customer service class. Cloud X has lost a lot of business from us because of this “gentleman”. I’ve read other reviews on this shop and people rave about the prices being “so great”, but honestly, that’s just not the case. For example: they sell their “Road Trip Mushrooms” for $34(plus tax) and that makes them the most expensive in town. Also, their rewards program TOTALLY SUCKS!! You have to spend $500 to even get a whole $5/off! That’s only 1% of what you spend that you can receive in rewards! I thought juice city vapor was bad, but nope! This place even has juice city vapor beat! WHAT A RIP OFF! Why even have a rewards program if it’s that godawful?? As a customer, I’d rather be slapped in the face than only get 1%...
