Our family had a family reunion planned with this company two months in advance. We checked with the owner three days before our event and he stated everything was fine. On the day of our event they didn’t show up at 9 AM like they stated they would. We called them and finally got a hold of someone and said they accidentally double booked our inflatables and they would be there in 20 minutes with another blowups that they considered “better”. They didn’t show up until 11:20 AM and to a surprise without the blowup they had promised previously. We had over 35 family members waiting and only got the small Childs blowup and nothing for the adult children. The owner did not want to give any of our money back and didn’t really care that we didn’t get what we booked. Short story we didn’t get the inflatable‘s, they arrived two hours and 20 minutes late, the owner lied and said they would be there in 20 minutes and wouldn’t return my calls. We will never be using this company again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. No way to run a “family” business...

In April, our family booked two inflatables for a family reunion being held in July. Correspondence to confirm the reservation were sent several times prior to the day of the reservation. Over thirty family members gathered waiting for the inflatables only to have them not arrive at the time booked. After several attempts to get ahold of the company our family was informed that they had DOUBLE BOOKED us and given away the inflatables reserved. They then promised us different inflatables and came hours late from the original reservation time. Upon arrival we were informed that the newly promised inflatables did not make it on to the trailer and instead they set up two of the same inflatables which were intended for smaller children. As a result, the older children and adults in the group had to forgo the activity… It was a true disappointment! We were left without an apology and without a full refund.
