I placed an order for custom lollipops on January 11th. Turn around time stated 5-10 business days. I emailed the company on the 18th and 23rd for the status of my order. On the 25th I received a response stating they were having issues with USPS and were having delays and if my package was lost they would replace. I emailed back asking them to please check on the status as I had not received my order. I never heard back. I never received tracking info. I called the company a few days later and was told they were out of the gift box that I paid to have the order shipped in. They had not shipped my order as the previous email implied. I authorized them to ship the order without the gift box and was told they would complete the order the next day and send me tracking information. I never received it. On Feb 5th after sending another email and leaving another voicemail I get an email saying there are delays with covid. I again asked for tracking info as my order obviously has not been filled. I STILL haven’t received any information on the order I placed almost a month ago. Covid delays are understood. Update the production time you have advertised. Read moreI added 2 stars because two employees did contact me right after I posted this review. Took a while but I was refunded as I had been requesting. I'm hoping they start communicating with customers when things beyond their control are happening and affect production. I realize there is a lot going on right now but there seemed to have been a practice of printing a shipping label to create a tracking number to appease customers looking for the status of their order. Problem is that label sat in Pamona, CA for weeks which was possibly more frustrating than not having any tracking number.
I wish I could same the same about Sparko Sweets customer service. But my 5th order from them placed on Aug 12 is no where to be found. After several follow ups I finally received a tracking number on Sept 8th. The order has not been shipped or fulfilled or even explained as to why there is such a HUGE delay. I would love to say their product is worth the wait and the hassle but at this point I just want a refund. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone and will have to go through my credit card company. I ordered the clamshell lollipops for my child's themed birthday celebrations and I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that the store actually makes them fresh before dispatching them to you. Unfortunately, their shipment was delayed en route by UPS and I was going to receive them a day too late for the party. After I left the business a message, Jerry called back and let me know that they would send me another fresh batch at no extra cost to me, via Uber eats (I live about 25 miles away from them). And sure enough, the package arrived within the next couple of hours. It was incredible and it made my preschooler very happy!
