Taco Gourmet Simply Fresh — Restaurant in Pomona

This is a message to the owners of this restaurant. The lady at front with blonde highlights will close this place. She is very rude. I ordered nachos I asked for extra beans and meat and told her to charge me for extra very rude she said no and like a comedy movie she added more but drops of beans not even half of a spoon. I told her you can charge me double. Very rude tried rushing me out and giving attitude. No customer service at all. I got my order sat down and saw her treat the next customer the same. The next customer an Asian man tells her he wants a bowl and more because I’m assuming she was serving very little he tells her serve me more I’ll pay that’s not a problem. The lady very rude to him he ends up asking if someone else can help him. The food was good but not sure if it was good enough to be treated...

We found this place by accident but love it. The food is fresh. Tortillas made fresh on the spot. Beef is top notch. Service reminds me of the "Soup Nazi" on Seinfeld. After entering the door, make sure you promptly get in line, decide how many tacos you want and let the lady know when asked (because she will only make the tortilla fresh and to order) then decide quickly what meat you want and clearly tell the lady/man when asked, then move along the counter to the condiments, then again be clear and precise about what you want on your tacos, then move to the cashier to pay. If they are really busy , you will probably won't see any smiles. But the owner, sometimes come around and say hi. Overall, very efficient process. So worth a visit, especially on Tuesdays. ...

Tacos were ok, I had 2 Al pastor tacos. My first time there and I felt like I was being rushed. The lady started talking to me in Spanish, which I don't understand. She became extra rushy and annoying because she had to repeat herself. After that attitude I didn't even want my food but didn't have enough time to go somewhere else. She failed to give me any details on how this place works and just kept asking me what I wanted. The cashier asked me if I wanted anything else, I said no. Paid her and she asked me if I wanted a drink with my food!!!! I won't go back here for mediocre tacos and rude service.
