FILTHY, FILTHY It's not fair that I have to give this place 1 star. For the first time, I attempted to purchase breakfast using the drive thru. I ordered a med coffee MELISA who said she is an official SUPERVISOR served me a small. MELISSA couldn't correct the order because she "had no card to swipe" (wait, didn't she say she's a supervisor?), I offered to pay cash for the difference and that's when the fun begins. She coped an attitude because I wouldn't take the small coffee. MELISSA finally agreed to re-ring my order, gave her my ATM and it wouldn't go through and there's no reason why it would go through on my side. I displayed frustration due to the situation and MELISA says "you don't have to get MAD" (if she saw mad she would flip). I asked her to run it at another register, her response was, "if it doesn't go through it's not my fault" WTF???? It failed. Went across the street to get cash, walked in the store, IT STINKS!!! At 7:00am the store is FILTHY!!! when I called her on her lack of CS skills and lying about being an official supervisor, she refused to serve me. Called corporate and they have the right to refuse service for ANY reason, they also told me this location is a franchise store and are not obligated to follow Mr. Carl's the founder doctrine. I am not sure if this place is going to shut down or not but it is ugly experience Drive through but then I was asked to park in front to wait, I already did not want to park but wanted to go through as normal . Had to wait to get my order, behind me a big van tried to reverse and I tried to reverse to get out. I placed 2 orders : a Big Carl double combo and a chicken swiss bacon, it came out not double Big Carl but regular Big Carl, $2.00 different but they charged me for double Big Carl! I did not open the bag to check because they stuff 2 combos in a tiny paper bag , open the bag you think you just got food from trash bin that people throw away somewhere! The picture look so fresh so good.

Should drive back to ask give me back $34, too tired after a day, decided to eat junk food was a hard choice and end up being cheated and food look like trash!!! Now need to cook since can not eat 2 nasty look burger, no more mood to eat

It is located in a strip mall, right across the train tracks and Valley Boulevard. The food itself was great, just as the service. It was prompt and made fast. Just as it should be. Staff members were polite, helpful, and worked promptly. However, on certain days it was understaffed, and the working pace was low. Still, I cannot complain much, because I enjoy Carl's Jr. meals. Moreover, in the evenings people should be careful. There are many bums and panhandlers who hangout outside, and sometimes they have the audacity to irritate paying customers.
