The açaí bowls are very delicious. I like that the açaí blend is thick and frozen almost like a sorbet texture rather than melty and jelly-like (something I've experienced at other places). My only complaint with the food is the diced mango. It would be nice if the mango was a lot more ripe. It's more on the firm, tangy side instead of being juicy and sweet (four stars). Also, the music is too loud inside, hence the three stars. I'm not the biggest fan of a kiosk being the only way to place an order. I like to personally have someone take my order, so I can ask questions about exactly what I'm ordering and ask for opinions. Another issue I had with the kiosk ordering is that somehow an empanada got added into my order when I didn't order it. Perhaps, it was a misclick on my end. However, it was a little awkward having to explain that I didn't order it. The face-to-face service was amazing though. The lady had no problem taking care of it and giving a refund. She was very friendly and welcoming on my first visit. Definitely have this place a...

One of the standout items on their menu is the Cali Bowl, a delicious and nutritious blend of acai, fresh fruits, granola, and honey that is both satisfying and refreshing. The combination of flavors and textures in this bowl is simply phenomenal, making it a must-try for anyone looking for a healthy and delicious treat.
Not to be overlooked are their coxinhas, which are a true delight for the taste buds. These Brazilian snacks are perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with a delectable mixture of chicken and seasonings on the inside. They are addictively good and are the perfect complement to any meal at Acai Republic. Their banana smoothies are super great after a...
Read moreFirst time here today! I’ve been wanting to try it out since I moved here, and the outside ads looked so yummy. I’m glad I stopped in, the service was amazing - Friendly staff and welcoming, clean environment (their purple couch is super comfy).
The açaí bowl was good - I could tell they used real açaí puree because it was mildly sweet and not loaded with artificial sweeteners. I topped mine with granola, mango, blueberries, strawberries, coconut, and cacao nibs.
I’m giving 4 stars because I feel it is very pricey though, which may deter me from coming back. I understand fresh, pure ingredients are expensive, but the portions were just too small for the price. I paid almost $17 for a regular sized bowl with one extra priced topping and a 10% tip 😬 As a student that’s hard to spend on 1 food item.
Other than that great experience! High quality food...
