Trying to figure out how the rating is so high here which is what drew us into trying this place instead of another place we usually go to. I was seriously hoping that the rating would match the food but it fell quite short unfortunately. Bought the vermicelli, a couple of Pho and banmi. The pork in the vermicelli was quite dry, lacking that slight sweet flavor. The fish sauce, which is also the compliment to the pork, was just average so it didn't make it a great combo. We usually devour this combination with the noodles but it didn't deliver. The banmi was also average since it used the same pork meat. The egg roll was decent but I wasn't into the fish balls that came with. I still ate it since I paid for the meals. As for the pho, I didn't have any (wasn't my order) so I cannot comment on it directly. I asked those who did eat it and they said it was 3.5 out of 5. No other comments were made. Wanted to really like this place since it's closer to my house but I'll just drive a little further next time so I can really enjoy my pho craving. To be fair, I still encourage...

The chicken was super tender and fresh, and I just couldn’t stop eating. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and gave me great recommendations for what to try next time. And with how good this was, I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu. It’s huge.
My only concern? This place doesn’t have a ton of seating, and once more people find out about it, it’s going to be tough to grab a spot. Prices were totally reasonable for the quality. Can’t...
Read moreI saw that this place opened up recently and wanted to try it. It's located near Cal Poly Pomona and has a good amount of parking but it does get packed.
I have been trying bun/ vermicelli noodles at restaurants. I chose their 34A ($17.50) which is grilled pork, shrimp paste, and egg rolls with sliced lettuce, sliced cucumber, crushed peanuts, picked radish and carrots with a fish based sauce. The portion size was ok and it tasted fresh and the meat was well marinated and grill well. I also got their grilled pork spring rolls ($7) with peanut sauce which was ok but I wouldn't get it again.
The staff is nice and attentive. Place is quiet and seating can be filled up...
