StageWorks at Studio 237 — Attraction in Pompton Lakes

Stageworks has been wonderful for my two girls ages 11 and 8. It has helped them to build confidence as well as strengthen their acting skills and voice. This is their third summer of an intensive 2 week musical and I must say that what they learn during this short amount of time is so impressive. Better than any camp I have sent them to. The production at the end is like no other! It’s the highlight of the summer for them and for family and friends who love to come watch them shine on stage. I love how Stageworks offers this during the summer because during the school year we are involved in other after school activities. We are hoping to incorporate a few other shows during the year this year because it really is a place my kids feel at home and love going to. I was so impressed with the outdoor show that I saw at Rhino Theatre. When you arrive, you are greeted by a team to make sure you understand and follow all the safety measures Rhino has in place. Masks,sanitizing, temp checks...I was so impressed. Then they escort you to a marked section where you sit distanced from everyone around you. I sat down, so grateful and feeling stress-free. All I had to do was enjoy the show! And did I! The talent was amazing and the outdoor stage was breathtaking. I have not been doing much this past 4 months. Attending an outdoor show at Rhino theatre was just what I needed to boost my spirits. And I left feeling like they not only entertained their audience but cared for their health and well being. My 10-year-old daughter just completed six wonderful weeks at Stageworks, participating in two 10-day camps and two 5-day camps. Each day she came home happier than the last, excited to share stories about what she learned and the people she met. The joy and enthusiasm she carried after every session was truly remarkable to witness.

Stageworks has sparked something in her that is nothing short of amazing. I’m so impressed by the growth I’ve seen—not only in her skills, but in her confidence, creativity, and overall sense of self. It’s clear how much time, dedication, and passion the staff pour into every aspect of the program, and it shines through in the students.
