DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I inquired in advance if there were any rooms to acquire larger groups and the manager told me that the max was 6, but we could split into groups - go in simultaneously in different rooms or concurrently we can watch each other. I get here with 7 people and 1 child which I knew couldn’t go in, and one staff member was extremely rude and so was the manager. I understood the managers message to mean we could take turns in the same room. The manager begin to belittle me and make condescending comments as if I was incompetent. As a customer, I always expect to be treated with respect, the process to be explained and for a business to try and accommodate given I already spent $450. Especially when the managers text messages said one thing. I will NEVER come back here or recommend anyone either. Not to mention the hallway smells terrible.
UPDATE for Rage Room Owner - I see your reply to my review. You miscommunicated when we exchanged text messages. I wanted to be sure the 7 of us (1 child not included) would be able to enjoy the experience together so I reached out as your website encourages customers to do, if they have any questions. You were not clear in your message similar to the grammatical errors in your response to me. You were not trying to explain how the packages work, you were being completely rude with your tone and nonchalant so what attitude. I paid $450 and drove 45 minutes to support your business and you treated me with such disrespect. Your sarcastic condescending example of the movie theater was the final straw for me and not a good example. I booked a room, I did not purchase movie tickets. You were not trying to offer me a solution so not sure why you mention in your response that because I hung up, you could do nothing else to assist me. Your solution was to “book another room” as you said. After paying $450 already. All the other rooms were empty with no other guests. Not to mention your staff were not there when we arrived. We had to wait for their arrival, which was past our start time. You need to work on communicating and need business management training. If you truly wanted to assist me you would have apologized for the misunderstanding through text message, gave us a complimentary 10 minutes in another room, half off the next visit, anything other than rude responses and saying well you have to book another room with a snarky tone. Here you are being condescending again in writing by saying “sending virtual hugs, I could not grasp the concept”. You even say in your reply “get your other guests to wait until the first group was done and have the next group follow them”. To me, that implies that ONE room can be shared by multiple guests. That does not imply that one would have to book the room again after the first group was done and ultimately pay $850. Trust me, my feelings are not hurt. As a customer who had such a negative experience, I would be remiss not to share with others. As soon as your staff member looked at us he seemed annoyed, on his phone texting, barely looking up. Was it because of our race ? Not sure as he was also rude in...
Read moreI honestly can't rave enough about my experience at the Rage Room. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was so welcoming, and the whole thing was truly unforgettable. But what really set the entire experience apart was Jerry — the employee who made our visit one for the books.
Not only was Jerry incredibly friendly, but his hospitality went above and beyond. He made sure we were comfortable, explained everything in detail, and really made us feel like we were in good hands. You could tell he genuinely cares about providing an exceptional experience for every guest, and that really shone through in his attention to detail.
The Rage Room itself was everything I imagined and more. The adrenaline rush from smashing items in a controlled environment is oddly therapeutic! We got to choose our items to destroy, and the selection was perfect — everything from old electronics to glassware that shattered with a satisfying sound.
But it wasn’t just about breaking things; Jerry made sure we were safe, having fun, and getting the most out of the experience. He was there when we needed him, but also gave us the space to really let loose and unleash some stress. You can tell he’s experienced and knows how to set the right tone for the whole experience.
If you’re looking to try something totally unique, the Rage Room is a must. And if you’re lucky enough to have Jerry as your host, you’re in for a fantastic time! Thank you so much for making it such a memorable day — we’ll definitely...

From the moment we stepped in, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured we were geared up for a safe and exhilarating time. The Rage Room provided the perfect outlet for us to unwind and de-stress. The sheer thrill of smashing items in a controlled environment was both liberating and therapeutic. It was a unique way to bond as a team outside the hospital setting, and we left feeling rejuvenated.
