So I repair iPhones. And let me just say I have never seen a business with so little care in my life... I had someone come to me today with a broken iPhone 8. And after ordering the screen and processing to take apart the broken iPhone I noticed that ICell repair not only lost screws In the phone (I checked the entire chassi to be sure) but they also failed to install the waterproofing seal when repairing the screen. Like SERIOUSLY!! They’re 2 dollars for this little adhesive rubber seal that could literally be the difference between saving a destroying a phone. And on top of that every screw in the phone was loose if not missing and they failed to even clean the inside of the phone after the repair. While these may not be that big of a deal for some people I feel that this company cares so little about their customers that they can’t even spend the extra time to clean and assemble the phone correct... while I’ve never taken my personal device here I would never in a million years recommend...

Do NOT go here. Would NOT recommend this place whatsoever. RUDE. POOR QUALITY, POOR SERVICE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Got my phone repaired here a few weeks ago for a cracked screen. Went in to have the guy look at my screen because it is now blue and black. He said he would give me half off to fix it. I already spent $245.00 on a CHEAP screen a few weeks ago from him that took him 20 minutes to replace. That would be half the cost of a new phone! RIDICULOUS. Also - the screen had a blue tint to it too unlike the Apple screens. Advertising is not truthful. He also said the screen was cracked when there wasn't one. He pointed to a small scratch. I took it to another repair shop who said it was not installed properly!!! There was clearly no crack...

I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! The workmanship is shoddy and they do not stand behind their work. The old adhesive was not cleaned off at all and was reused, instead of new adhesive being applied. This caused the back of the phone to easily come off and not close right. In addition during the repair process the technician over-heated the phone, damaging the battery causing it to swell. The technician blamed this on overcharging, which has not been functionally possible for over 10 years according to a Samsung expert. Deny all you want, but facts are facts. I trust the Samsung technician. To say you never make a mistake is just lying to yourself and...
