PB Realty Inc — Attraction in Poplar Bluff

Avoid at all costs! They clearly hate dealing with Veterans and VA loans despite the owners parents being active with the VA Hospital. I unfortunately worked with Zach Feller who was unprofessional in appearance and character and lacks the skills to negotiate tuff deals and was very disorganized and distracted with his personal affairs. Zach suggested I use Jefferies Home Inspection but the inspector overlooked several critical items on purpose one of which almost cost me my life. On closing day we walked thru and found a water damaged wall behind the washer which had black mold and when I demanded them to fix that before signing they threatened to sue me. The house they sold me had wide open areas on the roof, black mold inside a wall, huge piece of slab broke out and a loose live wire in the attic and a large tree with root rot that had to be removed immediately and the oven was so stained and dirty we had to buy another one We have had to spend over 3k$ immediately to make the house safe. Poplar bluff realty Inc the agent who is selling the 1006 North prairie House in Bloomfield is very pushy and rude he's trying to sell it to a couple from California whoever took the pictures and type out the flyer was very deceiving and didn't tell the truth the 1004 n prairie st party line ends at the 1006 n prairie carport and half of their backyard will be ours that was not on the flyer the house according to the people that are looking at it was a mess there's two storage rooms off the carport had a deep freeze and junk in them and the agent didn't seem too happy to have to clean them out this morning and he was rude to us when we tried to helplet's just say I pity anybody that buys anything from this real estate agent I'm concerned and would not want anyone to buy house that was falling apart the carport needs to be completely redone the screening ports on the back needs to be redone there is some remodeling to do in the house let's just say this house is not...

They're agents are inexperienced and not helpful. Many times I voiced my concerns with how the contract was going and it fell upon dead ears. The agents don't provide information timely or flat don't have the information available to provide. It seems that their motto is list a property and hope the buyer doesn't ask questions. Not only do they hope the buyer doesn't ask any questions they will either avoid them or provide vague unhelpful answers.

They stay in business by feeding off of families that don't understand the real estate industry and trust that their agent will provide sound advice.
