Brian's Furniture — Attraction in Port Allen

I've been wanting a new mailbox for, oh, 11 years or so. I thought I would just build my own, but then I ran across Brian's Furniture and The Mailbox Guy. With COVID keeping us home, we've been trying to spruce up our living space and a new mailbox is exactly what we needed to replace the old wooden and plastic eyesore we had out there...but how to get it installed before the Annual Last-Ever Halloween extravaganza???

I called Brian's and got Ms. Mary Ann on the phone. Boy, what a firecracker! She got me squared away and set up and assured me it would be installed before the big party. She respectfully declined the invitation, of course, there is a pandemic going on, after all.

The guys showed up today to install it and they were terrific! They took so much care with making sure it was installed perfectly, it was like looking in a mirror...except one with experience and knowledge...I always manage to mess it up trying to get it just right. I'm super glad I let these gents take care of the installation, it really is a beautiful piece and looks perfect waiting for its first mail drop.

Whatever they are getting paid, it's not enough...

I purchased some furniture years ago and recently decided to find a matching piece. When I called, Ms. Keisha answered and was incredibly helpful. She quickly looked up my old purchase using my name and found the exact piece I needed to match my existing furniture. She even went the extra mile by sending me a picture of the item to confirm it was perfect.

Ms. Keisha made the entire process so easy—she accepted my payment over the phone, sent me a receipt right away, and even arranged for same-day delivery! What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be completely effortless, thanks to her. She was such a pleasure to work with, and her kindness and professionalism...

The Mailbox Guy gets 0 stars. They came out before to replace a broken latch on my mailbox. Not a difficult job. They charged $80. I just had a broken latch again and decided to fix it myself instead of being gouged again. It cost me a GRAND TOTAL of 87 cents!!! I'll never use the Mailbox Guy again and think anybody would be foolish to pay their ridiculous price to replace a...
