Its ok.... usually my husband buys all his work stuff there Boots dont last very long husband goes thru 3 or 4 pair a year where at cavendars 1 pair last almost a full year
My biggest complaint is when my husband and i go we get greeted and asked 1 maybe 2 times if we need help..
We went a week ago (Actually friday Jan 26) because it was the day before my wedding and i still had not bought my boots for my wedding
My daughter and i walked in... we were greated as usual.. then asked if we needed help upon walking in the womens boot section.. we said no thanks... and kept just looking on the shelves... literally 30.seconds later a different employee ask... we again no thank you... this went on about every 30 seconds for 5 mins.... my mother in law meets me there to help find something i might want to wear.... again the same 4 employees circled us every 30 seconds... after 20 mins of that nonsense we left... we literally felt as if we were being treated as theives... i had my wallet and phone on me and so did MIL Now if we had huge bags i get it... but we literally had nothing on us... Read moreBought a pair of ariats on Jan 15-16 after wearing one time, I called the day before I showed up to the store to return them while talking to the lady I told her I had taken the tags off and wore them once but they were too tight she said just bring them in and they'll give me store credit since I had taken the tags off, went in the following day to that and Spoke to a lady name Keshia and explained what the person told me on the phone, she takes my boots and takes off to apparently "speak with a manager" when she came back she said that the boots like they been worked on and wet, when it was raining outside, figured if the manager would of been smart enough to to realize that it was raining when I came in. Only worn them once like I mentioned before and they couldn't even give me store credit for the boots, the boots where like if they were new. I will never return to boot barn my experience there was horrible the manager didn't even came out to speak with me. Worst experience, should of went to academy they let me return boots that look like they been thru hell. I'll go to cavanders in bmt...
Read morewas in last week to inquire about a new hat. limited selection compared to what's online. but I also brought in a hat with a damaged liner... curious if it was something easily fixable. apparently not, but I don't wear the black felt as often anyways, so no biggie. Jason, the shaper I talked with, offered to clean it up, clean the edges, and adjust the shape a tad. Great young man.
so I went home, got online, and found a hat to order to the store. it arrived within 3 days of the order. i picked it up today, and lucked out... Jason was there. the hat was a perfect fit, but I wanted something with a little more personality than the standard cowboy crease. I had an idea in mind, and a photo example. Jason had never personally shaped a diamond crown, but didn't hesitate, and.... knocked it out of the park for me.
happy about the hat and experiences, but more impressed with this young man, Jason, and his desire in achieving customer satisfaction, eagerness, friendly smile and demeanor. Great young man, indeed! we'll be back for another hat or three, and we're hoping Jason will be there to take...
