Went in after a 12 hr shift to get some cbn to help me sleep since I wake up 4-6 times a night, only to have Derek walk away because, “ he’s sick of people knowing it all” referring to me knowing how the point of sale systems work and that I had 2 profiles and asked if he could check my second profile so I could get my snap discount since I don’t hold the snap benefits card since I don’t do the shipping for my household. Was then later told by Daniel of a completely separate transaction after I had to leave get more money and come back that you have to have your snap card every time and has to have you name on it. So idk why Daniel even checked my second profile looking for the discount availability if the policy has changed. I don’t blame Derek I actually feel bad that this mega corporate conglomerate can’t make up its mind and constantly changes things without the proper communication down the ladder. Derek always is in high spirits and has made many interactions before very memorable. After leaving and coming back to make a purchase Daniel pulled me aside to a separate register and didn’t count the money I handed to him because when I asked for my change he paused and looked like a deer in headlights I said without hesitation go check the camera I had to leave and go pull a 20 out the bank across the street cause I didn’t have enough money first visit. Ended up waiting 10 min only to hear the cameras are that good….. 10/10 worst experience I’ve had at trulieve. I remember why I don’t shop here anymore I used to spend thousands with trulieve but with what the state program has to offer now you’d be a clown to spend you money at a place that doesn’t value the customer/patient OR their employees. Check out Jungle Boys, Grow healthy, MÜV and High Times if you’re looking for quality grown tasty flower. High Times, Jungle Boys, Muv for your concentrate needs. The only thing trulieve has to offer is the return policy. So when you get the poor quality medicine you can bring it back for something that might be a better in quality. If you haven’t shopped at every dispensary and are a “truliever” please don’t be fooled by what you see at face value and do yourselves a favor and shop around. Vote with your dollar and...
Read moreThe people who work here really care about your individual needs. They recognize that not all patients are coming in for the same reasons. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and willing to answer any of your questions. Morgan takes the time to look into terpenes in the strains I’m looking into, as well as the guy with the long nails (I forget his name but he’s great!). There’s also an employee Troy who keeps a notebook of strains and their terpenes and how they work, which I think it’s awesome he goes that above and beyond!” There is not 1 employee who I’ve had a negative experience with. I hate running errands, but I always feel happy in this trulieve. They remember me on a first name basis as well as most other patients who come in. They have everything you could want (flower, edibles, concentrates) and often have amazing deals! If you want to go somewhere where you will feel cared about and treated, go to this trulieve. They will treat you like a friend or...
Read morethis is an extremely busy store with ALOT of traffic, but as time goes on they have less and less staff to control the orders and corral the crowds, wait times are outrageous you can’t help but feel bad that they are understaffed with no help , to many orders and no actual order. corporate needs to staff this store if they are this busy, even the staff that remains have NO sense of urgency to the point that it’s disrespectful to expect someone to wait that long while they play and talk and prolong the wait with their carelessness and disrespect. i would feel like they cared about their jobs if they did . i would feel like they cared about their customers if the current conversations didn’t proceed the customer . how can your conversation be more important than paying customers, they should have robots replace this crew , almost easier to shop elsewhere, id feel more respect from a robot, get better...
