When Kingdom Acai opened about a year ago, I went to the new, inviting store and sampled some of the goodies. It was a lovely, warm, friendly--and of course, delicious--introduction to some new tastes in healthful food. I met Barbara and Samantha, the mother-daughter team, owners of this new Kingdom Acai, and knew that I'd be back. I often drive by the stores in this plaza and promise myself that someday I'll get myself back there. Finally, yesterday I had some free time and I ventured in to taste the goodies again. I had a lovely and lively conversation with Samantha and I ordered a bowl of acai with fruits and nuts to go. It was delicious. When I truly love a store, appreciate the outstanding service, and know that I will be back again, I give the establishment a five-star rating. AND in my review I add a much-deserved EXTRA five stars because they deserve the kudos. So KA, here you...

A family business that makes you FEEL like family. Like many students and parents of students at the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Academy next door, our ritual is first BJJ then Açaí. What’s more amazing? The family that OWNS Kingdom Açaí Port Orange also compete in international BJJ competitions and almost always with the Gold Medal! Their level of seriousness in jiu-jitsu is outdone only by their kindness and passion for the REAL, BRAZILIAN AÇAÍ (beware the imitations—real açaí is hard to find outside of Brazil). My family used to consume lots of ice cream. We’re thrilled to have adopted the super fruit, açaí, as a far superior substitute. Our overall health has improved as a result. Stop in and ask for Sam and Donovan, pictured here. They’ll educate you and then change your life with this amazing treat (or entire meal substitute)! Before you know it, you’ll be...

Great atmosphere, excellent service and the highest quality açaí! As a Brazilian who just moved to Port Orange, I went to Kingdom Açaí looking for a familiar flavor and was surprised by what I found there.

The taste and texture are the same as açaí in Brazil. My favorite choices are sweet açaí with cupuaçu cream and the K9 smoothie, if you haven't tried it, I recommend it. The atmosphere is super cozy and has such a nice vibe. The staffs are exceptional and attentive people who are happy to explain to you with patience and attention any questions you may have related to the menu or prices.

Kingdom Açaí of Port Orange is a wonderful place with wonderful people. Whenever I miss home, and that açaí craving hits me, that's where I go! If you have the opportunity to visit the place, please go. I'm sure you...

Service itself was great, the guy was super nice and informative but the Açaí bowl was terrible. the base didn’t even taste like açaí. I expected it to be a clean taste, fruity (as they are supposed to be) but the taste was unexplainable. my fiancé and I quite literally ate the fruit on the top and threw the rest away. I was shocked by the amount of good reviews. We paid $25 for bowls that weren’t even edible. would not recommend. (the photos here were after we ate the fruit on top. we threw away a majority of the bowl. It doesn’t even look like açaí)
