I had surgery on my acl 2-13-24. My husband and I had been up since 5am that day to get me to Rockledge for the reconstruction surgery. I sent my husband to pick up kfc for our 4 kids when we came home from my surgery for dinner. When he came back the meal was missing items and we ordered a big meal. I called immediately but also expressed my disappointment because this was twice in 2 weeks having a bad experience at this kfc. The time before I had left urgent care and stopped to get my daughter mashed potatoes but we waited 20 mins and I had to walk in side and tell them I’ll take the money cause I’m about to miss the medication for my child with the pharmacy closing. With that being said if the 2 incidents, the person I spoke to I had told them my husband has been up since 5 am taking care of me and I’m not gonna send him back to which they apologized and said they would replace our complete 16 piece chicken tender meal for free any day we come in. I asked for the persons name and the woman said that I don’t need her name and that my first and last name would be in their book. Later that evening my husband tripped on the dog in the middle of the night getting my medication (again I had just had acl surgery) and reinjured his injured ankle. He can’t walk good and it’s swollen but I can’t walk at all so I sent him back tonight for the replacement meal so he wouldn’t have to cook. My husband is a disabled veteran (marine corps) and in 2004 inured his ankle in an ied that hit his vehicle while he was deployed in Iraq. Now here he is hopping in to your establishment tonight ( I’m sure there’s cameras that show he’s hopping along) and he was told my name was not in the books and when he explained the incident and what we were told , he was turned away. When I called and explained as well, I was treated like I was a liar and not a valued customer. After all the back and forth the manager after turning my husband away and me calling twice , tells me well if you have your receipt . Read moreThis KFC is an absolute mess. I placed an online order for chicken tenders, and when I arrived, they told me it would be 10 minutes. That was 15 minutes ago, and now they’re saying at least 3 more minutes. No one here seems to care about service or accuracy.
The restaurant is filthy—food safety violations everywhere. Open water bottles sitting on prep tables, employees only wearing one glove while handling food, and cross-contamination happening right in front of me. The bathroom is disgusting—no soap, dirty, just completely unsanitary. Even the expo station had used gloves lying around.
The staff clearly couldn’t care less. When I pointed out I’d already been waiting longer than promised, I got a dismissive “Well, it’s three more minutes.” Another cashier asked if I needed help, then just shrugged and walked off to play on his phone in the office. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for CHICKEN TENDERS.
When I asked for a manager, they said she wouldn’t be in until 12:30. Isn’t a certified manager supposed to be on duty in Florida? It seems like there’s no one in charge—just a bunch of team members running the place into the ground.

Read more3 Strikes for this store.....I have gone to this location for years...The last three times i have tried to buy bucket meals to take home i have yet to get what i have paid for...this store mixes old chicken right in with fresh (they play the odds ) that you will not mind; or notice, that you got nasty dry old yard bird mixed right in...! I always buy extra and usually the total exceeds $30 for my order(premium price for two people to enjoy a classic) But i will not make this mistake again...every trip is a little over 7 miles bring it back..7 more ...do that 3 times ..over 40 miles in gas and time(time is important, because..after you get your money back..you still need to find dinner) not to mention the gas you used to drive around hungry .....This store is clean and the staff usually friendly and courteous, this is offset by having to show your dinner off at the counter to get your money back .....Free cake....? I have not been allowed to have a meal.....! I don't want Free, I want what i am paying for , and at this store ..it's clear that I am asking for too much ! SAVE...
