I saw nothing but good reviews so I decoded to reach out to get a consultation. After being super indecisive I ended up giving Molly a call and she was super helpful and knowledgeable. She worked with me on picking the perfect stone , choosing a nice setting and designed it start to finish. The turnaround time was very fast and she gave me updates quite frequently throughout the whole process. She video chatted me with the actual diamond and sent me preliminary CAD drawings. She even gave me suggestions and ideas about making a proposal. I ended up choosing my lady's favorite restaurant and tried to make a reservation which didn't go as planned. The lady at the restaurant blew me off the phone. I told Molly what happened and she called the restaurant and got the manager on the phone. She literally set the reservation for me and had the manager reach out to me. I didn't expect her to go out of her way to do that for me but she was legitimately concerned about this being perfect. I was able to coordinate my proposal with the restaurant manager and it was AMAZING thanks to her. The ring came out sooooo nice I will have to post a picture of it when I get a chance. This woman robbed me on a diamond and custom setting and then after I sent it back to have the shoddy workmanship recast she kept it for months. When I asked for my money back she told me it wasn't option. Hahaha well we found out it was an option and I got it all back but she tried to rob me. Oh after I paid $8,500 she listed it on Instagram for $3,000 less. She didn't want to give me my money back because she was over charging me $3,000. I guess everything happens for a reason. If you saw it, it was the mens 5.52 CT solitaire in solid18k gold and obviously she never had it recast because it was the same shoddy workmanship. Just kept my ring for months playing games. It was the worst custom ring I ever saw in my life nothing like the cad drawing she sent me. Just glad I won the dispute and rightfully so. Beware

Reply: That's hilarious because you are responding to my claim and my claim is a thousand percent provable and I have the paperwork the diamond certification everything I have pictures of the ring and all you're just doing this because you think people will believe your side of the story. Why would I post it if it wasn't true? It's a 1000% true and I have all the documentation as well to prove it you're just full of it. I even have screen shots of the disruption where you now changed it to a 5 carat instead of the 5.52 because you're backtracking now to cover your tracks. Busted!!!!
