Walking into this retro video game store feels like stepping into a time machine powered by pure nostalgia and love. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warmest duo in the universe—Brian and Liz—who clearly put their heart and soul into every pixel of this place.
The shelves are packed with treasures from every era—NES, SNES, Sega, PlayStation, cartridges, discs, accessories—you name it, they’ve got it. But what really sets this place apart isn’t just the jaw-dropping selection… it’s the feeling. You don’t just shop here—you’re welcomed, remembered, and genuinely appreciated.
Brian’s knowledge of games is encyclopedic, and Liz’s passion for sharing stories behind each item is contagious. Together, they’ve built more than a store—they’ve built a community.
If you’re a gamer, collector, or just someone who wants to remember what joy feels like, do yourself a favor and stop by. Support small business, support kindness, and support two awesome people who turned their passion into something magical.
Thanks for the memories, Brian and Liz—you two are the real cheat code...
Read moreMy husband is a lifelong gamer, so we make regular stops at indie video game stores. Sometimes those stops exceed our expectations.
This shop is currently housed in a small space in an old, local mall we affectionately refer to as “the weird mall,” but folks, it’s a gem. The selection is pretty good (and growing). The organization is good. The pricing is good. The owners are GREAT. They chatted pleasantly with us throughout our stay. Helped us find things we were looking for in store. And even took down a few specific titles to contact my husband if they came through the shop. Just really wonderful customer service (in a time when that can seem increasingly difficult to find).
My husband has decided this will be his “go to” gaming shop moving forward, and I am delighted he’s found a place that I also feel comfortable in (as a much less avid gamer).
Pro Tip: The store is moving across the hall to a larger space in the next couple of months, and they have exciting things planned. Make sure to keep an eye out for even more gaming...
Read moreSolid place mainly focused on retro games, consoles and some merch. Prices look absolutely solid too, I looked all over and I didn't really see anything marked up at all like a lot of retro game stores. The guy working there seemed to know his stuff too, and sounds passionate about The Vidya as a whole, which is pretty cool. They've also got a lot of retro controllers, and these... "modern-flavored" new controllers for older systems (imagine playing the N64 on an Xbox controller, basically). I don't buy as much retro stuff as I used to, but if I did, I'd totally be in here daily. Right now, I think they're still working on filling the store out more, adding more stock as they go, can't wait to see how this place looks in a...
