I HIGHLY suggest you do NOT shop here. I have a few smoke shops and depending on where I’m traveling that day will determine which shop gets my business. I bought 3 fume Ultras for $46. Opened them before leaving the store, they seemed fine. Then again it’s not common to get duds. I got in my car took another 2 puffs off one of the grape ultras. After the one puff the unit stayed on, lite, burning. I thought I was imagining it because I just bought and opened the unit minutes ago. On the second puff, it gave me the blinking signal telling me it was done/dead/empty/ whatever you want to call it. Literally minutes after leaving DNA spending $47 because I gave the guy $1 tip I had to walk back in asking for an exchange, store credit, something! Supposedly all sales final after leaving the store even if it was literally minutes later. The employee refused to help only offering to take my information and give it to the owner. I will NOT be giving this smoke shop another chance. I spend too much money on these disposables at these smoke shops. I deserve to be treated better then this. I’ll take my money elsewhere. This shop doesn’t even have a large, decent selection of disposables or juices. Just fyi I’ve had 2 other smoke shops offer store credit days after selling me a faulty, disappointing, broken product. So I highly suggest going somewhere else.
Side note…Good Businesses budget for shrink(money lost due to pricing, and cash counting; and supplier fraud for a few examples) so if they sell a bad product their loss should be minimal. They are starting to buy cheaper products that do not work. As a regular you would think the owner would listen to your concern. She talked over me, and wasn’t taking my words into consideration. She sold me two products for $60 that didn’t work, and thought a $5 discount would be okay. Nope, I understand there’s a policy put into place but when it’s two times in a row they’re selling bad product something should be done about that. Very unprofessional. I’ve been a regular at other smoke shops, and they’ve helped me when needed. This lady doesn’t care if you’re a regular or not. She lost my $200 a week. Other customers will start to realize. I went to 2 different smokes before this one and they took my used small part/piece to compare their pieces to mine.
