Management and owners beware of Lead Courtney and Ms. Chrissy, who thinks its ok to laugh 😆 in the face of members, when they are being communicated too! In addition, be rude and ignore members in the line, and refuse to service members. Then they both started gossiping amongst themselves and thought and they still think their poor actions and behaviors represent Defy. I truly do not think what they did today shows respect for Defy and the loyal members. We have never encountered the distasteful demeanor from any other crew members as we did from Lead Courtney and Miss Chrissy that walked up to me in front of My son and had the nerve to say to me, "You giving us a hard time."
We have many choices in our communities like Urban Air, arcades we support Defy because we were always welcomed my professional crew members and managers and had good experiences with birthday parties and all of the Summer Camps and memberships.
In conclusion
Attention Duncan this a member regarding rudeness, very disrespectful behavior and conduct from Chrissy and shift lead Courtney Wallace. When you can or Krizia follow up with me. I have never experienced these 2 disgusting attitudes before the entire years we have been here. At first they refused to allow me & my son in after I told Courtney multiple times that I had came earlier around 3 pm to pay for my son's membership. Got his t-shirt and socks so we would be able to just check in when we came back. Also they kept asking the same questions repeatedly over and over again. Then to make matters worse Courtney argued back and forth with me demanding that my son has 2 last names. Lastly I said that this mattered had to be taken care with upper management. Courtney replied to me by saying IT SURE WILL RUDELY! SO THE BOTH OF THEM GET ZEROS FOR TODAY. "F" FAILED TO THE UPMOST.
Thanks

Read moreLast time I came to this park was when it was not owned by sky zone yet. It was a great experience to do. when we came back to Port Saint Lucie , we came back when it is now sky zone. It’s only great if you have a child 5-8 , little kids get picked on and children are acting crazy. the staff are not very helpful at all. They don’t care for the children or they just walk around and stand there. When asked for help with something a worker straight up said no but another employee was kind enough to help and all three times we went she was the only employee to help us at all. When children teamed up on a group of 3&4 year olds employees looked the other way while they were hit in the face intentionally over and over. While in a monitored game of dodge ball there was children bullying and yelling racial slurs and curse words at anyone near them. What did staff do about this ? Nothing at all. The parents are careless and absolutely disgusting towards other children and careless of their own. Again staff did nothing about parents not watching their children at any age. There were children low as age 3 running around without supervision. It was a free for all of adults acting like children and children treating other children absurdly. All 3 times we went to this park there was a issues which resulted with a conflict. I wouldn’t recommend this park if your kid isn’t in a party, and if it is a party the space is too small to keep children occupied for long. There’s no attraction that doesn’t have a line or isn’t shut down. It’s not safe how children are jumping on top of each other in foam pits while staff are too busy chatting to do their job. Don’t waste the time or money to come here it isn’t worth what it costs. It’s not safe and it’s not enjoyable for most.it was quite disturbing how neglectful the staff was when it came to helping people who asked. They refused to help kids get balls from dodgeball when one child (who you can guess wasn’t asked to stop throwing the balls in the gutters). And they allowed people to act recklessly without interference which could have avoided so many incidents. Definitely disappointed with our visits and how the each situation could have been easily handled and avoided. Pick another trampoline park it’s worth driving a little farther...

After reading this review, the owner Vinny contacted me and granted me two free passes to return and give them another try. Today 2/13/18 we visited and had a wonderful experience! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rules were also explained clearly before we entered the jump area. Also, they stopped the music to announce that our time was up. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised that everything we had issues with below were taken care of and implemented. I have changed my review from 3 to 5 stars.
My wife and I brought our 2yr old daughter to this trampoline place today. Most of the time we enjoyed our experience but there were a few unfavorable things. I’ll first start by saying I understand that they are concerned with the safety of the kids and their customers, however I feel like either the rule is a bit too strict or the staff doesn’t quite understand how the rules apply. Here is an example. There is a rule that only one person is allowed on the trampoline at a time. This rule is legitimate. Two big kids on the trampoline at one time could cause an injury. However, my wife and two-year-old were on a trampoline holding hands while our daughter jumped and a staff member came up to her and told her “one person at a time.” Seriously? We aren’t going to just let our toddler jump by herself when there are multiple kids running around not paying attention. Unfortunately we missed the toddler time block from 9-10. I was also told to that I had to stand up when sitting down with my daughter. I would appreciate if the staff could be nicer about how they spoke to me and my wife. We are not eight year old kids. Another issue we had was the announcement of the end of our time block. Neither my wife or I heard the call. We only knew because two separate staff members called us out at 11:04. Shortly after that the music stopped and the staff announced a birthday, which we clearly all heard. They need to do the same for the time blocks because the music is loud and there is a lot of screaming kids. It’s hard to...
