I've been going to peacock dental For either 5 months or 6 months I am Not 100% sure but one thing I know for sure the customer service that I received yesterday was the most disrespectful customer service I can ever received in my 38 years of life I was not treated properly at all because other patient has not been paying they bill I got caught up in the middle of that and I felt disrespected I felt hurt I felt embarrassed above it all I felt I was playing not even I'm sorry I apologize what can we do to keep you overall customer satisfaction was not satisfied I pay my bills I pay my copay each and every time I have been going there for the last 6 or 5 months arrow was made on day and a balance was not paid I came in to get my final work done to start my Invisalign I was treated like I was a criminal and I did not like that one bit I hope and pray someone would read my review be careful if you plan on going to peacock dental please make sure you keep your eye open and please watch your back because they do not give two s** about you as a patient and I felt so hurt yesterday, I was not treated properly then just like that she walked away from me I'm not sure of her name she just walked away from me went to go get the next patient like I did not even matter to them because my insurance ran out, because of all the work that they assume that I needed to get done I'm a paying customer just like that man thar walk in I never asked for anything for free I know there's nothing free in America I was never expecting peacock dental to give me anything for free but yesterday I did not have to be treated that way honestly I did not have to be treated that way and For her to just walk away from me like that to get the next person was not nice at all no matter what finish with me then get the next person, oh no she just left me standing their the way that you peacock dental treat me was not called for, so don't let that ★ trick you it was a mistake they don't deserve it they don't even deserve a half of it much less an inch of a star I better treatment at the zone last mouth from the animals at the zoo never will they see my face back...

I saw this doctor about a year ago because it was within my insurance network. I had a terrible experience after having two fillings done with her. I ended up seeing another dentist to fix the mess that she had caused, which cost me thousands of dollars! I had to get two root canals and two crowns on those same two teeth she had worked on shortly after my fillings had been done because the tooth had been cracked down to the root and I was in terrible pain.

The day I arrived to her office as a new client, I was pleased with the office, paperless new patient info, and front office staff. The doctor, however, had terrible bedside manners. She told me I needed all this work done and I later found out by another doctor it wasn’t necessary. While she was working on my teeth, she was having a personal conversation with her assistant about what she would be doing on her vacation. It was as if I wasn’t even there. I felt this was very unprofessional. She also removed her mask several times while working on my teeth which I believe is unhygienic and a risk for infection.

I have never posted a negative review on google, however, if I can prevent someone from having this kind of experience and unnecessary financial hardship, it’s worth my review. It has taken me a year to post about this experience, but it has stuck with me this long, so I believe it’s worth sharing. I would want to know about an experience like this before entrusting my smile to this type of doctor. I was really surprised to pull her up today and see she’s a “highly rated doctor.” I would not recommend.

I can't thank her enough for correcting what a mess another Dentist did to my mouth back in July. Other office claimed I had 8 cavities. Never had 1 in my life. Let them fix 4 unknowingly, on one side of mouth believing I needed to correct them. Had nothing but problems the moment I walked out of their office afterwards. (a big corporate place also) I went back weekly for months explaining something was wrong. Where after the 5th visit, I had no hope they could correct what they created.

Peacock dental had been recommended by several of my clients. I was so scared to trust and get any more work done to my mouth. But I am sooo glad I finally did and let me tell you. The other office lied about the so-called cavities. Had 1 that needed to be addressed. They never filled my teeth correctly it was scary to see what was underneath their work. She was so gentle, felt no pain, her and her staff were so kind and professional, showed me the xray before and after and her work was by far on point. My mouth is feeling like it did before I let the other practice touch me. No pain . Mouth feels even again. So thankful and I am glad she fit me in before she was leaving on a much needed vacation before the holidays. I highly recommend this office. I will be relocating all 6 of my family members here.. we will be forever patients. I am a little nervous to see what she will uncover with the work done in their mouths by same dentist.
