Spice Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

Update - December 2017 - this was the worse fried rice i ever had.. Very disappointed. I could cook a better one at home. It looked like vomit, the rice was explored (overcooked).. If you know about rice them you know what i mean. It really tasted like leftovers and overloaded with fat. It was a takeout so I could not return it, and could not eat it so I gave it to my dogs.

I know Thai food very well. I'm a fan, and I have tried countless of Thai restaurants for most of my life. So, I was surprise by this rating. Because of this rating I came to this restaurant 3 times. First, the basic lunch was not even near the quality of flavors and consistency of a good Thai cuisine . My basil curry with vegetable was very watery and lame, same as the regular salad that comes with that popular Ginger sauce (very watery and very small sauce portion). Another time I tried the Pad Thai which  was the worse I ever had. For my appetizer ordered those delicious Vietnamese spring rolls I haven't try in awhile ....Unfortunately ... Also, the worse ever. . So another day while I was doing errands in the area I though that it was maybe the sushi what earned the stars here, so I came in for sushi which by the way was nothing special.. Let's say it was the same quality as the regular Sushi packages you can get at Publix. After 3 visits there is not reason for me to go back again unless they change the chef. Reviews can be deceiving. I got there for an early lunch by myself, the person who greeted me at the door was extremely rude looked at me with a blank look and asked me what are you wan? Take out or sit down!! Instead of saying hello dining in Or take out ! Noooo she look at me as if I was dumb I’m was like wow sit down please! Then I decide to order two dishes from the menu, which both of the dishes came with soup or salad, so I picked salad and for the other dish she didn’t ask me if I want soup or salad for the other dish then later on, I proceed to ask her, if one of the dishes came with a side and she says no. I’m sorry it’s only one side per plate hum!?? Wait what !?? If I am buying two separate dishes? Why wouldn’t I get a side with the other plate. Then I kindly asked for a spicy sauce like chili paste and she told me she didn’t know what it was mind you the dish that I order was prepared with chili paste. She says no I only have chili flakes so she gave me practically what she wanted to give me. Then I proceeded to speak to someone in charge and the gentleman said yes my dish was supposed to come with a side and yes we do have chili paste. The level of rudeness it was super high. If I could rate this place in -0 I would!!!!! Very unprofessional!!!! The pad thai was basically flavorless and dry. Wow. Definitely not recommended here!!!! I called To let them know that my food was not fresh & hair in my food!! And a lady said you have two options we can credit you the food for next time or you can have a refund. I told her I don’t live in Port St. Lucie so I would like my refund then she put me on hold. A guy comes on the phone and he tells me if I want my refund. I have to bring the money back. Remind you I work two cities away, which I just can’t leave my job as an officer to bring the food back. He’s like I don’t know what , which I just can’t leave my job as an officer to bring the food back!! I offered him to come pick up the food since I can’t leave my post and I’m pregnant and he tells me well. I don’t know what to tell you.? You need to bring the food?
