I have never had a bad experience with adidas until yesterday. I called customer service and explained my package had no city how was they gonna mail it. The guy said you can change it through fed ex the package wasnāt mailed out yet. The guy said he canāt change the address the address was correct just no city .I called fed ex they said adidas has a no address change policy . Iām like my package gonna go anywhere and if I donāt receive it you guys keep my money. I called adidas to cancel my order because Iām not taking the chance I was told I had to wait to receive the package . How crazy I looked at my statement they took 129.00 the next day they took out 19.11 they charged the 2 items 129.00 they were 110.00 and 18.99 a piece . The guy on the phone said they take the 129.00 plus they hold 19.11 because the item is shipped out already Iām like what I never heard of no bs like this ever. Mine you the package was 129.00 something total. Why are you holding a extra 19.11 Iām confused you take whatās owed to you . They said itās always been like this mine you I ordered a sweat suit they took the money and that was that . The guy was so rude I couldnāt even talk I had to say this is my money let me speak . Ā Ā Ā Read moreI returned 3 items back for an exchange, yet I was told the exchange didn't make it within the 10days to the facility due to the laziness of USPS delivery service. I was supposedly refunded September 5, 2020(On a Saturday, same weekend as Labor Day) I called customer support, and the first two female reps yelled through the phone demanding I accept a coupon due to the inconvenience. I reached out to my bank to prove to them there is NO REFUND in my bank. This went on for a week. Everytime we would ask for a Supervisor, all of them are in a meeting and they will call me back after I leave my name on the call back list. I waited and waited another week, and decided to call back. I was then told I was fully refunded August 5, 2020. I have an email someone sent me, but it has no proof I was refunded, and my bank still does not see it. I have gotten hung up on, yelled at, only to be told the Supervisors aren't calling me back because there is nothing to refund.
AT THIS POINT ADIDAS IS STEALING AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER TO COURT. YOU GUYS HAVE BULLIED ME, AND I WILL NOT BE HELD BACK FROM MY FUNDS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBack in May 2025, Adidas sent me the wrong items in my order. I returned them per instructions and requested an exchange, but while Adidas dragged its feet for weeks in āprocessing,ā most of the items I had originally purchased sold out.
Customer service only responded when I reached out, and even then, the replies felt performative, clearly aimed at clearing messages from their queue rather than resolving anything. The timeline kept getting pushed out with no accountability.
They first offered a 30% 60-day voucher, then a $15 e-gift card, and finally issued a "full refund", but only after I threatened a chargeback. Even that refund was misleading: a previously promised $10 goodwill credit was deducted from the total. The refund itself didnāt post until the very end of June, more than a month after the ordeal began.
I rejected the e-gift card, knowing I couldnāt trust Adidasās DTC experience again. If Adi Dassler could see what his company has become, heād be ashamed.
