Budget Motel — Hotel in Portland

Stayed one night during my move here.... I rented their most expensive room with jacuzzi at what I thought was a reasonable price......Until I saw the room.... It was nasty.... The floors hadnt been vacuumed, or at least not very well..... The bathroom was discussing with urine all around the base of the toilet and mud/dirt streaking down the outside of the bathtub/shower.... The shower curtain had black mold all along the bottom... The jacuzzi tub was ok but the water coming out of the faucet was yellow.... I can only hope the bed was as clean as it looked..... The TV didn't work it needed reprogrammed and there was no coffee or tea.... Worst part about it ..? They wouldn't refund me my money even if I tried..... It was clearly posted everywhere..."No refunds" Being a traveller I have been in many low cost run down motels across the country....This dive is not worth wasting your money on.... No major complaints regarding the hotel. Very strict "no guests" policy that we had to work around in order to even hang out with our friends at our hotel during the day, but after convincing the manager allowed us after we gave him their names and personal information. It's an unfriendly policy IMO. Toilets clogged very easily, and by very easily I mean there must have been something wrong with the pipes because they could barely handle toilet paper. The Budget Motel located on Killingsworth in Portland is a good hotel for its price. It had a large selection of channels on tv, and provided everything i needed for the night. I had not signed up to have a guest stay with me but they did not have a problem with my friend spending the night with me. They also did not charge us when we checked out about 10 minutes late. I had a very good experience...
